First class hotel, highly recommend.

What a great hotel. Spent so many hours trying to pick one, and so glad that we landed on Burdoch Hotel. The spa is beautiful, the breakfast buffet selection is fabulous and our room was comfortable and quiet despite being in a fantastic area close to everything. Staff were incredibly helpful and it was spotlessly clean. The quality of the spa really made it, one of the nicest spas I have experienced. Useful also to have the gym as Istanbul is not a city for joggers! Highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great time and the staff was so sweet. The spa was amazing. However the cost of everything was more than anywhere else in Turkey. The restaurant was super costly for no reason. The room we did get though was a Bad corner room that looked at a wall and we told them it was our honeymoon. Pretty disappointed with the view, but staff made experience better. Pool is so cool

Excellent staff, spa facilities were surprisingly very impressive and the spa manager and everyone that worked there was professional, friendly and helpful. Often in hotels with spas they are sub standard and the staff aren't invested but this wasn't the case here. The location was perfect. The only one thing we disliked was the glass doors to the bathroom and so close to the bed and broken flooring in the bedroom. Otherwise we absolute would stay again.

Best hotel in Istanbul with terrific staff

This hotel is amazing! The staff is the best I've encountered and our family travels globally a few times a year. They are fast, efficient, professional and speak fluent English. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are compact but pretty and functional and the bed is comfortable. The hotel design is unique reflecting Anatolian heritage style. It is really nice and unique. The pool area is also amazing. We came for a family trip but this hotel would be suitable for business guests as well. We will return to Istanbul next year and stay here again. The staff is truly outstanding.

Overall positive as the location of the hotel is great but we were not impressed by the floor and the room we were in. We stayed on the first floor with no balcony access.. we were facing a wall so no natural light came in. The room was smaller than anticipated. Time to time, we smelled sewage… especially if the AC was not on… which was not pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was good and staff were nice except when we were checking out, the cleaning lady was awkwardly standing outside waiting for us.. before our checkout time which rushed us out the door.
