The Chatto Jotel is off the beaten path from Istanbul Airport but we enjoyed the area near the Black Sea and the beautiful architecture of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and had local options. The service was great. The room was very comfortable.

Öncelikle bir anlaşmazlık yaşadık. Kişi sayısı ile alakalı. Büyük 3 kişilik oda rezerv etmiştim ama kişi sayısını 2 yazmışım. Sonra durumu çözdüler ve çok ilgililerdi otel çalışanları teşekkür ederiz🙏

Super nettes Personal. War vor der Check Uhr Zeit konnte aber eine Stunde vorher einchecken. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und stilvoll eingerichtet. Frühstück war auch in Ordnung. Kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen

Accommodatie was heel netjes, personeel was super vriendelijk. Gewoon ze moeten op voorhand mensen informeren over het gebruik van bar en niet bijvullen als er bezoekers om niet vragen of als er bezoekers niet op kamer zijn. Voor ons was het geen probleem ik zeg het algemeen. Volgens mij moesten we ook betalen voor energie drankjes die we niet hebben gedronken. Ik ken naam van die meisje niet die ontbijt serveerde maar ze was super lief. Er is niet veel te doen in de buurt , maar er zijn paar winkels en strand als je taxi neemt in 10 minuten misschien.Als ik terug naar Istanbul ga ga ik nog eens zeker deze accommodatie boeken.

Öncelikle kaldığım 211 numaralı oda çok havasız sigara kokuyordu. Nevresimler havlular alerjik biri olduğum için sabah kadar sigara kokusundan havasızlıktan uyuyamadım. Bu güne kadar kaldığım Diğer odalarınızda olan kahve makinası yoktu. Bırakılan tekli kahvelerde kullanılmış çöpü oraya bırakılmıştı. Odanın kliması yetersiz. Duş başlığı kırık duş alırken her yer ıslanıyor. Yerde halı yok yani sanki öyle boş bir alan vardı bi yatak atılmış siz burda kalın der gibi. Dün akşam 8 saatlik yoldan gelmiş olduğumuzdan dolayı uğraşmak istemedim. Ama ne kaldığımdan ne uyuduğumdan asla bir şey anlamadım

Odaların konsepti çok güzel ve çok geniş. Kahvaltıyı yapmaya vaktimiz olmadı erken çıktık. Çalışanlar pek ilgili değildi bir kaç kez bornoz için aradık ulaşamadık. Temizliği kısa seyahatler için yeterli olsa da biraz daha özenli olmalı, mobilyaların bakımına dikkat edilmeli. Onun haricinde çok keyifli vintage odalara sahip

Çalışanlar çok nazik ve yardımcılardı

Otel harika, çalışanlar nazik, balayımızın ilk günü kaldık, odamızı özenle hazırlayıp süslemişler 1 şişe de şarap bırakmışlardı. Balayı öncesi bu otelde hazırlandım nikahıma, kuaförüm ve fotoğrafçım bu otele geldi. Odalar çok güzel, oturma alanı olan odayı kesinlikşe öneririm.
