I suggest all of you don't stay in this hotel as there staff is not friendly and they have me room outside the hotel and didn’t do the housekeeping all that days I stay they dont have proper internet connection as. Well .

Rooms Broken

Not a good stay, water leaking into the bedroom through the wall of the bathroom when taking a shower. Didn’t give any big towels. The shower head holder was broken. Ants in the room. Overall, not good.

Disappointing

NOT recommended! I booked 2 different rooms, one for 3 people, and the other for 4. The room which was supposed to be for 3 people was not available, I was given a room for 2 instead of 3. That was not the end of it, the room was under construction, the window was on the floor, the door card didn't work and one of the 3 people had to sleep on the floor on a mattress. The only thing they did was a 15 euro discount only for one night for that room, which is nothing compared to the 60 euro per night (3 nights) I paid.

Awful

Booked one big family room but instead had to stay in 2 rooms and not next door either. My children had to stay in a separate room on the floor beneath, filthy towels, no towel rail, bath mat and no hand towel. Description says toiletries provided but only bars of soap provided, there was a safe but it wasn't fixed, one of the hosts was rude, was told water would be sent to my room but this never happened and when i went downstairs to get some, the person at reception had changed and made us pay for water. Also no lift so had to walk up many flights of stairs, they did help take the luggage up the stairs but in the way down had to do this myself and the light at the top fight of stairs wasn't working so a bit dodgy going up or down the stairs which were spiralled.

Bien, cerca de la torre. En la habitación hay tetera, agua no, hay qué bajar a pedir taza y té. El agua tuvimos qué salir a comprar. En cuanto uno sale y para llegar, hay dos pendientes muy pronunciadas. Es difícil para que a una persona mayor o pesada, En general muy bien.
