My first time coming to this hotel we as a family of three me,my mom and my daughter had very great stay. I have traveled many times to Istanbul to hotels nearby (across street maybe 10 meters from this one) but for this hotel stuff I was very surprised how helpful and kind they were all of them very kind.The guys in reception very kind Especially the ladies at the breakfast room/room attendants I don’t know their names but they are very clean and very kind. i really had to leave review for this hotel stuff !The rooms are a bit small but the workers with their kindness keep this hotel on top for sure! The location is amazing near everything. Thank you all so much for all your help and kindness! Hope you will always stay this way so I will always come back here!

Exceptional service

Our stay at Florina was excellent, all tourists attractions was within walking distance and so close to the hotel. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. We had issue with our flights and was delayed for hours and reached the hotel at 2am, due to the manic situation we were not able to inform the hotel, as we didn’t inform, the hotel had the right to cancel our reservation but the gentleman was so kind that he re-booked our reservation and sorted everything for us without any hassel. Our room was cleaned and set every day without asking so would walk into the room all looking fresh after a long day out. Very friendly staff, advised us were the best places, what places to avoid, were to purchase what we need and helped with any questions we had. Would higly reccommend this hotel to everyone, especially with children.

Muy bien ubicada, muchos sitios y transporte a unos pasos. Las camas son ruidosas pero comodas y los elementos see aseo se pueden mejorar. Buen hotel.

Hotel très bien, chambre pour 4 personnes pratique avec ces 2 chambres séparées et deux salle d'eau avec WC. Par contre rideaux occultant trop petit donc lumière toute la nuit car enseigne lumineuse juste aux fenêtres. Petit déjeuner correct. Très bien situé et facile d'accès. Je recommande fortement.

Buena opción y ubicación.

ÇAGRI en recepción es maravilloso. Es evidente que disfruta su trabajo y recibe a sus huéspedes con entusiasmo y es de gran ayuda si necesitas información local. El hotel en general es bueno, sin embargo, me toco la habitación que esta justo en la entrada y es muy ruidosa, incluso se escuchaba y se sentía cuando cerraban la puerta en la habitación de enfrente.
