The property is not clean and quite at all, room service is every three days the view from our room window was unbelievable some kind of rubbish store for the area and smelly, really had a bad time in there

It was my first trip to Istanbul and I was staying in the worst hotel. It did not look like a hotel at all and the service was very poor. We had to ask several times for a roll of toilet paper to be brought to us.I was not given anything in the photo and it was very weak and it was a bad experience in general. I do not recommend it to anyone, it was just very close to Esteghlal Street

The employees were very nice and friendly but the room could be in better condition. We had a room for 3 people. Thus, there was a queen size bed and a single bed. Fortunately, we were only two because the single bed was broken and it was carried by some bricks. The view from outside the window could be better, but that isn’t the fault of the hotel. Moreover, there was poor cleaning. They don’t clean the room if you don’t ask to. We had to go to the reception to ask for toilet paper or new towels. However, the employees were very friendly and the location of the hotel was very good. It was only a 5 to 10 Minute walk to the taksim square or the known Istiklal Caddesi. There was a small market next to the hotel which is open 24 hours so that we could get there anytime and get something to drink or to snack. However, due to the conditions of the hotel, we wouldn’t come again.
