Room 101 is windowless and is dark Toilet needs repairs and stop water leaking from the bath area floor znd the leaks from the bottom of the commed. Front office receptionist are excellent and very prompt in providing any assistance at zny time

The staff on reception helped me to take my luggages to my room as the hotel don’t have lift. Strong wifi, excellent location as it is in the market area. Easy access to public transportation. When I reached there, I was informed that there is no water in the washroom. I got it back around midnight. There was no coffee/tea maker. Moreover, the refrigerator was empty. As I got the hotel at a discounted rate quoted in Hotels.com, few things were missing even though mentioned in my deal. The hotel compromised with the goods/services to be provided to me, even though mentioned in my reservation.

As it was mentioned and publicized that breakfast is included which was no breakfast at all , than the cleanliness far behind of expectations, since we are having pandemic all over , for sure much more work is required to keep this Letter hotel clean

Very poor hotel

Hotel was under restruction, there was not any windows in the room. There was not any minibar or kettle. The room was so damper. The bed was broken and entirely uncomfortable. There was not any elevator and breakfast saloon was closed. Location of hotel is very good.

the hotel is very well located, in Istiklal street, it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to taqsim but nightclubs and people out there disturb you if you want to sleep before 4-5 at night. it feels like there is no wall between the room and the street, you will hear everything. the bedding was pretty dirty. the breakfast was totally okay. but you get what you pay for. so it was totally okay for the money.
