Check in was a bit challenging as they weren't responding to messages so we waited outside in the heat until another guest let us in. Reception & breakfast is on the 3rd floor (no elevator). We booked a room titled "City View" but it was a view of a laneway & an old run down building. Room was very small. We had no hot water for the first night and also the next morning (showering was unpleasant, freezing cold). The air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep & it stopped working on the last day. Breakfast on the terrace was nice & the teabag left for us for the first night & the 2 little bottles of water left in room for us were appreciated. Hotel was reasonably quiet for a busy area (with window shut). Close to metro, ferry, buses, cafes & supermarkets.
