İletişim problemi yaşadık

Tesis durumu: yeni binalar, kurutmalı çamaşır makinası ve ocak gibi imkanlar çok kullanışlı Konum: maltepe için iyi ancak istanbulu gezmek istiyorsanız uzak Temizlik: 3 gece konaklamamız sırasında çarşaf vs değişimi yapılmamış olması, temizlik açısından yetersiz kalıyor, bilgilendirmede 2 günde 1 değişim yazıyordu. İletişim: havuz kapalıymış, gittiğimizin ilk günü açılmadı. İkinci gün de birkaç saat açıldıktan sonra yağmur yağdı, sonra hava düzelmesine rağmen havuz tekrar kullanılamadı. Yağmur yağdığı günler ilaçlanıyormuş, havuzlu olduğu için tuttuğumuz otelde hiç havuz kullanamadık. Otel bilgilerinde yer almıyordu, rezervasyon ya da check in sırasında bilgi verilmedi. Devamında hotels ile sorunu çözdük, bize mağduriyetimize oranla konaklama kredisi tanımlandı Sonuç: istanbulu gezmek, oteldeyken de yüzmek için almıştık. Havuz kulanamayacağımızı bilseydik merkeze daha yakın ya da kahvaltı dahil bir seçenek seçmek daha mantıklı olabilirdi. Bizden sonraki arkadaşlar havuz kullanabilecektir, o sebeple kalmak hâlâ daha çok mantıklı sayılır ama iletişimlerini arttırmalılar, daha şeffaf bilgi alabilmek isterdik
