Staff very friendly. AC doesn't work in most rooms. Rooms and hotel building like a sauna. Very poor breakfast. Basically it's a collection of food waste from nearby restaurant served in a boiling room. Linene beey clean but don't look under the bed. Rubbish accumulating for months. Also, if you take a suite, there is no plates or cutelery.

Here's a negative review in English: --- I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I initially planned to stay for six days but had to leave after just three. The main reasons were the lack of basic amenities: there was no hot water, and the heating was completely non-functional. These issues made the stay extremely uncomfortable, especially during colder weather. Despite raising these concerns with the staff, no solutions were provided. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Hello, the trip was very bad, neither the television nor the refrigerator worked, the toilet was in water, I slipped and fell, my foot was hurt, I tried to solve these problems with the hotel, the reception got angry and acted very harshly, saying there was no service.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to and I recommend you do not even waste your time booking with them!! Upon arriving to my room I called to find out how I could change my reservation. The room was filthy and absolutely not as pictured online. The bed is not what it looks like in the pictures, the sheets were filthy and stained and even when house keeping came to change the sheets there was blood on the new sheets. I slept in corner of the couch curled up on the portion of a sheet that had no visible stains. The kitchen area also had grease all over the stove and cookware. I checked out early and am still waiting for a refund from expedia but the hotel is trying to dispute my refund. I left the property because it was filthy and not in an appropriate condition to spend a night there. Do not book here, I will never return.
