I spent a few nights in a single room at Pera Residence. The room is enormous, probably bigger than many one-bedroom apartments nearby. The interiors have the faded charm of a more glorious past, but do not expect everything to work perfectly or make much practical sense. A fire exit light directly above the bed made sleeping difficult, and the front desk offered no solution. The washing machine/dryer was a great perk, and the location is superb.

This was pretty unique space... huge I would add. It was close to everything... Galata tower 5 min walk and metro station also 5 min... you can get here by metro straight from Airport in about an hour. They had fresh towels and toiletries. Water pressure in shower was good. We liked our stay and would come back again.

Excellent apartment, 2 mins from the Main Street, large and spacious apartment with high ceilings and large bedroom. One en-suite bathroom and one large bathroom with jacuzzi bath Living room is spacious with comfy sofa Has balcony access Kitchenette included but not used Would reccommend Taxi rank 1 minute away also Many restaurants and food places nearby

Great spacious apartment, so much bigger than it looks in pics. It had everything we needed including a washing machine and dryer (room 102) as well as a lift. Clean and comfortable apartment, friendly staff. The location was perfect, although the street can be a bit noisy at night, you can hear outside music from the living room but you can't hear anything from the bedrooms so we had an uninterrupted sleep. We were 3 females, stayed for 7 nights and felt completely safe even late at night. Lots of cafes, shops, restaurants at your doorstep as well as mini supermarkets next door and opposite. So close to Istikal street and walking distance to Galata tower and Karakoy ferry port. Everywhere was accessible from this location including taxi pick up/drop offs. Highly recommend staying here as it's a great base to explore without missing home comforts.

Absolutely amazing ..it’s my 2nd visit in 4 months n Mr serdar and team ensure the best during your stay. Location is amazing very close to Taksim square and quick walk to Galata Tower. Apartment itself is pretty spacious however the sofa bed is not great did not even bother to use it the rest of the beds were great but the powerpoints near the bedside did not work unsure why other than that the apartment was great and would recommend

We live staying here. Great experience, large apartment, new and clean, well maintained, good communication and service. Nearby restaurants and vibrant neighborhood. Istekal street, Taksim Square and Galata tower all in short walking distance. We are returning back to Istanbul again from another cities and will rebook here again.

Prime location. Close to main Istiklal street and still not loud. Grocery stores were next door and so were many restaurants. Everything was at walking distance. Huge apartments. Sardar was extremely hospitable and kind.

Home is in great location , nearby parking lot and istiklal street. Approx. 150 sqmeter and have all needs such as oven, galley equipments, hair dryer , washing machine , iron etc. We stayed 4 people and really enjoyed home.

Fantastic!

Awesome location and beautiful apartment!! The grocery next door was super convenient. The space was huge and countless shops and restaurants directly outside the front door. The heated floors felt amazing on colder nights. We even chose to extend our stay in Istanbul due to how much we loved this apartment! Thank you Pera Residence!

This apartment is so spacious and clean. It is located in a wonderful area with lots of restaurants, and shops easy to walk to. There is a mini mart right next to the building and also a fruit mart in front of the building. We ate at a local bakery in our street and also walked to other coffee shops in the mornings. The staff of this apartment is very responsive, helpful and super friendly! One morning I got locked up in the bathroom and they came to help in just 5 minutes !! One thing I would suggest is to better equip the kitchen with dish or paper towels, soap, cooking accessories, etc. I would definitely stay here again !!

2-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, full kitchen requirements, washing machine, bathrooms, and excellent staff. You have to ask for cleaning. Everything near the door. Restaurants all around. Shishane metro station 3 minutes walking. Takseem square 20 minutes walk. No facilities available (swimming pool, sauna, gym, room service). TV available with no cable.
