Brand new hotel in excellent condition
We had a 3 night family stay and overall experience was very good. Almost everything is new at the hotel and sparkling clean. Room size for a family of four was good and air conditioner was working perfect. Beautiful lobby but the hotel is on a small street at a walking distance from Galata Tower. The only concern was the breakfast as there was not much varity of food. On top of that although it was advertised clearly that the breakfast is free, still a person came to us and wanted us to pay saying its not included in the stay. Anyways it's not worth paying and even if its free, it's better to have some good breakfast outside somewhere.

Otel fiyat-performans super!
Otel fiyat-performans açısından şiddetle tavsiye edilir. Kapalıçarşı'ya yakın olup metroyla her yere hızlı bir şekilde ulaşabilirsiniz. Ne yazık ki oda çok sıcaktı çünkü ısıtma daha önce açıktı ve havalandırmaya rağmen birkaç saat sonra oda hala sıcaktı. Hatta sonunda valizlerimizi birkaç saatliğine orada bırakabildik ve Halluk Bey bize çok yardımcı oldu. Teşekkür ederim

Excelente hotel! Uma surpresa em Istambul!
O hotel é excelente. Os funcionários são muito prestativos, sorridentes e eficientes. O apartamento é confortável e tem água e café a disposição. A localização é muito boa, há 3 minutos a pé dos principais meios de transporte. É altamente recomendado!

호텔의 위치는 너무 좋은 듯 합니다. 토파네 역에서 멀지 않고, 호텔 바로 앞에 편의점이 있어서요.
그런데, 침대시트에 보풀이 많아 까끌거려 휴식에 전혀 도움이 되지 않았고, 3박4일 숙박하는 동안 3번이나 정전이 되어 불편했습니다. 2번은 새벽시간에, 1번은 저녁시간에 정전이 되었는데, 호텔에서 더운 여름에 정전이라니 이해가 되지 않았습니다.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Man kann innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß gut den Galata Turm erreichen. Auch die Verkehrsanbindungen sind sehr gut. Die Straßenbahn ist direkt in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Jedoch mangelt es an der Sauberkeit. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 5 Tagen wurde nur 1 mal das Badezimmer geputzt. Der Boden wurde die ganze Zeit über nicht gesaugt oder gewischt! Teilweise wurden die Mülleimer nicht geleert. Auch die Betten wurden nicht gemacht. Beim Check in waren bereits Flecken auf der Bettwäsche. Trotz des Schildes mit der Bitte um Säuberung, wurde an einem Tag nichtmal das Zimmer betreten.
Ich kann das Hotel aufgrund der Lage empfehlen, wer jedoch Wert auf Sauberkeit legt, ist hier nicht gut bedient.
