The manager Khalid was friendly and helpful. He did what he could to welcome me into the property. Unfortunately the spot AC was not working and the stairs were very narrow. Which makes it hard to claim it with any suitcase. However; Khalid helped me with my luggage and offer some breakfast for free. Thank you Khalid

At arrival and during check-in everything was fine at first, but there were several issues with the room. Unfortunately, we had to expect insects. The portable stove plates looked extremely old almost as if they had been brought straight from Chernobyl and they didn’t work properly. The dishes were partly dirty. The bed was uneven, which later caused me back pain. The room door had a gap at the bottom, so noise and unpleasant smells like cigarette smoke or chemical odors entered the room and disturbed the atmosphere. The biggest problem for me was the water supply. Several times there was no water at all. In the shower I often had to take cold showers and only rarely had warm water. However, the staff were very friendly. Mr. Yahya was especially kind, patient, and helped with every problem. The man responsible for laundry and hygiene was also very nice. The miss receptionist was friendly as well, but could show a bit more energy for guests in the future. These three were good hosts. The owner should definitely give them a salary raise. It would also be good if the owner invested more in renovating and improving the interior of the hotel.

Don’t be deceived by the photos, the hotel looks nothing like them. Everything stinks, everything is dirty, toilet seat and lid was broken, no proper check in or check out, no actual reception, so unprofessional, the staff give weird vibes, no one there is Turkish and doesn’t feel safe there at all. The area is bad, I was told by my taxi driver a few more details that I probably shouldn’t share on here. Do not come here. Save your money and go somewhere else. The day me and my husband arrived we left after not even 10 minutes and booked a different hotel elsewhere. I think this hotel has been under new management a few times. It seems like all the old reviews are great but the more recent ones are horrible. Now I understand why. This hotel is like the cheap motels you see in the American movies.

Oda temiz değil perdeler tam kapanmıyor camlardan buz gibi hava geliyor elektrik kesilip durdu giriş saatinden yaklaşık 5 saat geç girmemize rağmen ve önden aramamıza rağmen odayı hazırlamamışlardı duşakabin kapağının yarısı yok odada su ısıtmak için makina dahi yoktu koydukları bardaklar ve çatal bıçaklar pisti geceleri resepsiyonda birini bulmanız mümkün değil.

Noch nie so was furchtbares gesehen. Vom Gestank nach kaltem Rauch abgesehen, war der Dreck. Überall Haare, Staub, Flecken, eine angebrochene (halb leer) Wasserflasche, WC mit Bremsspuren, nicht funktionierende Dusche (Duschbrause lag einfach am Boden und konnte nicht auf dem Schlauch montiert werden), Schimmel, klebriges Geschirr und weiss gar nicht wo aufhören. Hatten insgesamt 2 Zimmer gebucht (eine davon über einen anderen Anbieter) und beide in einem ähnlich desolaten Zustand. Als ich reklamierte hat man uns ein anderes Zimmer gezeigt, was aber nicht besser war. Haben nach einer Stunde ausgecheckt und kurzfristig ein anderes Aparthotel gebucht.
