The property had a high score on Expedia and I chose to stay there during my long stopover. The room was dirty, there was hair and minor staines in the bed and the floor was sticky. The staff was friendly and they changed my room which was slightly better but nothing like advertised so had to stay because I had no other option but I wouldn’t choose to stay there. Had a hard time sleeping because I wasn’t sure if the bed was cleaned.

This hotel was as good as some of the highest quality hotels that are much more expensive. The room was clean, everything was working well, the staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable. It is close to the airport and far from the tourist attractions in Istanbul, but there is a bus stop right in front of it with buses every 5-10 minutes. It was very convenient and cheap to go to the airport in the morning. I would without a doubt stay there again if I had to stay in Istanbul again.

I noticed that the room was not properly cleaned. There were used linens hanging in the bathroom, and a pile of long hair was visible in the shower area. Additionally, the rooms are poorly soundproofed, which affected my ability to rest. The only positive aspect of my stay was the hotel's proximity to the airport.

- Room 112 smells of bad cigarettes - It has a window 50cm by 50 cm without Light Blocking curtains - You could hear noises from outside - There was a construction in the hotel until 19 pm so I could hear the noise of drilling machine - The smoked alarm was blocked with plastic which would not alarm when there is a smoke - The shower was dirty and the hand washing faucet was broken - I called and asked reception to help me with TV and although two people were sitting there they said that they can not leave the reception. - 60 Euro for this room was too much

Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Price We recently stayed in a suite that was advertised as having a kitchen, which was a key reason we chose this hotel. However, the experience was far from satisfactory. To our surprise, the kitchen was completely empty of any basic utensils or tools needed to prepare food. When we asked at the reception for a simple fork and a bowl, we were told it wasn't possible to provide them, despite the hotel having a kitchen. The explanation given was that some customers bring their own cooking tools—a response that left us baffled. After insisting, they reluctantly provided us with a single fork, which was entirely inadequate. Moreover, the room didn't feel particularly clean, adding to our disappointment. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and a clean, well-equipped room. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and we wouldn't recommend it to others.

Das Hotel an sich ist in einer guten Lage direkt nahe Flughafen. Die Nachbar Zimmer sind laut und man hört schon einiges mitten in der Nacht von den Nachbarn.

Havaalanına yakın olduğu için tercih ettim. İlk erilen odada kıllar vardı, lavaboda ve yatakta; oda da sigara kokuyordu. Ayrıca tavana yakın, 30 cm kadar küçücük bir cam vardı. Camsız odada kalmak ne kadar güvenli emin değilim. Görevliler hemen odayı değiştirdi, ikinci odanın da kapısı kilitlenmiyordu ama tekrar oda değiştirmek istemediğim için kaldım. Ucuz bir otel, çok da yüksek beklentiye gerek yok ama durum bu.
