Check-in and check-out was smooth was quick. The stay overall was amazing and staff was super helpful. Everytime we needed something for the room, the staff was quick to respond and get us what we needed in minutes. It does take sometime longer to get a hold of someone at the front desk when call from your room due to heavy presence of people check in so I would recommend that you ho down to the main desk if you cannot wait. Free breakfast was great also and staff was friendly

A special thanks to the restaurant manager, Emrullah, who was always kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. He treats guests with great respect and always makes them feel welcome. We would also like to thank Muhammad and Bushra at the reception. They were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist with a smile. Their kindness, professionalism, and support made us feel comfortable throughout our stay and left a very positive impression. Very nice hotel property. Me and my wife enjoyed the room suite with its kitchen. Internet access was excellent and strong throughout the suite and the entire property. The city views were beautiful, especially at night. The bed was as super comfortable as if we were sleeping on a cloud of pillows. The cooling system was ideal. If there is anything we can be a bit critical about is the blackout curtains weren't good enough to cover the early morning sunlight. The other matter is that the breakfast was somewhat mundane. However, there was a ton of fantastic breakfast and brunch restaurants at Mall of Istanbul to eat at and to spend time shopping.

Stayed 8 nights with child. The Hotel is not for families with children, but for business ppl, tourists and others. Maryama and Hawa done excellence for room cleaning. Reception was amazing, but waiters for dinning restaurant --- some of them where not orientert for customer services. Very restricted for closing breakfast for even families with children All in all, public transport is far but cheap taxis are avaible.

We got a very dirty room with unsafe plugs sticking out in every room. We travel with kids so we rejected the room. The room goven to us after was in better cindition but also poor cleaning. There was an obvious long period of supervisial cleaning prior. Most corners were just disgusting. Other than hygiene, we absolutely enjoyed the view over the city from the 32nd floor. And the room was very spacious. We loved the 360° view and the bathroom windows! The breakfasy is very nice for sure.

Stay away from this hotel

The cleanliness of the hotel is one of the worst i have ever come across, i had to request every time for someone to clean properly, yet throughout the whole stay, only once was it cleaned to an acceptable level. Vaccuming does not seem to exist in this hotel and they do not understand what clean is! The swimming pool is cold, i changed rooms three times and the second room that i was given, the beds were about to break. I will not stay here ever again! Do not recommend, i feel the management and staff are not bothered about the hotel at all!

We stayed here for 3 days in a 2 bedroom family unit. The staff were professional and helpful. The rooms were spacious with a lot of natural light given the huge windows. The hotel is next to the Mall of Istanbul. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. My only negative is that the unit smelled like cigarette smoke. To be fair I didn't bring up this concern with the staff because we were only staying for 3 days. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. We would stay here again.
