In the heart of taksim. Room needs lots of reno . However if you plan to spend your day outside, it s a good stay .

The pictures posted in the photos are totally different from real life. This is more like a hostel than hotel. Dirty and everything about it is disgusting. I can’t even walk around the room barefoot as the carpet was filthy. We were too disgusted to sleep in the room so we left our bags and looked for a room to stay at a nearby hotel. Next day we went back and demanded for a refund for the second night, the front manager not apologetic at all promised to email Expedia but I am not sure if he actually emailed Expedia as there is no email from Expedia until today 7th of September regarding this request from us except for the refund for last 2 days. Expedia should take down the fake photos of the rooms they advertised. This hotel is scamming poor people like us.

عدم الاهتمام بالنظافة وصلت الخميس ولَم يتم التنظيف غير يوم الأحد ولَم تكن هناك قوطه او شي استخدمه للحمام انا وأسرتي طوال هذه الأيام غير نفس المناشف من يوم الخميس وكذلك اشتريت ورق تواليت للحمام والحمام مكسور وبه رائحه كريها بشعه عموما النظافه منعدمه والموقع جميل ولكن الدور الأرضي مؤجر لكافية يعمل اربع وعشرون ساعه باليوم والأساسي به الشيشه ويجب انت تمر من وسط زبائن الكافيه لتصل للدور الاول عن طريق السلم ثم تأخذ الاسانسير

Wir sind gegen 20:00 Uhr angekommen und das Zimmer war nicht verfügbar, Grund: Es sei noch nicht geputzt worden. Nach längerer Diskussion wurden wir zu Fuß in ein anderes Hotel gebracht. Am zweiten Tag konnten wir das Zimmer um 14:00 beziehen. Den Schlüssel mussten wir täglich abgeben, damit die Putzfrau hinein könne. Geputzt wurde trotzdem nicht. Täglich mussten wir Handtücher und eine zweite Bettdecke organisieren. Bekommen haben wir nur einen Überzug. Die Dusche hat nicht funktioniert und wurde notdürftig repariert. Neben dem Hotel befand sich eine Diskothek. Bis 5 Uhr in der Früh dröhnte die Musik. Nach drei Tagen machten wir uns auf die Suche nach einem anderen Hotel. Alles war ausgebucht und wir konnten erst am vierten Tag umziehen. Die zusätzlichen Kosten betrugen 240€. Der Hotelbesitzer hätte uns ein Zimmer in seinem zweiten Hotel angeboten. Dieses befand sich in einer schmutzigen, zwielichtigen Gegend und war sehr schmuddelig. Wir haben zwei Urlaubstage mit Siedeln und Suchen verloren. Außerdem entstanden zusätzliche Kosten wegen eines 20minütigen Telefongesprächs mit Expedia.
