I won’t recommend this place!

First of all our reservation was canceled without letting us know.They moved us to another hotel in another neighborhood.There was no hot water for 2 days….Dirty place!!

This place is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed. Cleanliness is poor, there was urine marks on the toilet seat. I switched two rooms because the AC was not working properly. It works as a fan but does not cool down. In both rooms the situation was the same. So don’t expect a working AC. The bed was okay for two nights. Shampoo and conditioner is worst and doesn’t even foam up. Don’t expect much.

Hotellets rengøring er uacceptabel

Hotellet var meget beskidt ved ankomst. Badeværelset var slidt og skadet af fugt. Vi fortalte personalet om det beskidte værelse og de tilbød rengøring dagen efter, hvilket vi afslog. Vi tog ud og købte rengøringsartikler og rengjorde selv. Vi havde ikke lyst til at overnatte i et værelse der var så beskidt.

İki klima da cold modeda çalıştırmamıza rağmen sadece fan olarak çalıştı. Tüm gece sıcaktan ötürü uyuyamadık. Diğer taraftan camı açtığımızda da tüm gece araba/TIR sesi geldi pencereden. Odayı aldığımızda banyoda ayak izleri vardı. Minibar bomboştu. Ertesi sabahı kendimiz resepsiyona söylediğimizde bize su verebildiler.

Spacious apartments but charged in Euros!

The hotel apartments were well equipped, spacious and clean. The location worked for us as we had business in the area. My main complaint is the payment. When we booked the day before our arrival we were given a rate in Turkish Lira. However when we arrived they charged us a higher Turkish Lira rate as they charged us in Euros. The Euro rate was also higher than the day Euro exchange rate. We live in Turkey so we should have paid the rate quoted to us when we made the booking. Although we complained we had to pay the higher rate. For me it was the principle - if you are told a certain rate, you should pay that rate!

Otel Güzel Karşılama ve İlgi Çok Kötü

20 Eylül 2021 Salı saat 14.00de otele giriş yaptık. Resepsiyon görevlisi on karış suratla belgeleri doldurmamızı istedi. Hoşgeldiniz yok, tebessüm bir tarafa form doldurma isteği bile sert ve emir komutuyla... Çıkışta oda kartını teslim ederken, oda kontrolü yapacağım dedi yine aynı uslupla. Şaşırdık tabi dolapta içecek yok başka bir şey yok. İlk defa karşılaştık böyle bir durumla. Otel güzel ve temiz. Ama bu durum canımızı sıktı.
