Guest Houses in Istria County

"Great apartment, clean, has everything needed and great location."

"Great location, very clean & extremely helpful staff. Loved my room w/balcony!"

"Location was ideal and close to restaurants, bars and the marina. Communication and response time were excellent. My only concern was the quality of the mattress in my room. As a light sleeper, having a bumpy, soft mattress was not ideal. This property is otherwise recommended."

"When we found the address for this property, we were very confused as the Travelocity photos do NOT look at all like the building the room is in. But, once we were inside, the room was quite nice. The proximity to the Pula Arena was definitely as advertised, and it was convenient to many area attractions. Be aware that finding parking is very difficult!"

"Great location, big room, very helpful staff."

"Very cute apartment over 3 floors with a small but fully stocked kitchen. Good air con on top 2 floors. Short steep walk (7 mins) to the top of motovun. You check in at a restaurant up the hill and one of the staff then takes you to the apartment. Free parking nearby. Only real negatives were the shower cubicle which was way too small and quite a few mozzies in the evening when drinking wine on the terrace…"

"Very clean, make sure to get there early for check in. Mario was a wonderful host and his attention to the details was very much appreciated"

"All good. Great location. Comfy bed and linens Good shower."

"Good place good breakfast"

"Fantastic location, much more spacious than expected, really helpful staff!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at San Martino Rooms. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the Arena, ferry terminal, and plenty of great restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, the hosts were quick to respond, and the room was generally clean. The bathroom could use a deeper clean, but it was still perfectly usable. Overall, it was a great stay, and we'd be happy to return."

"Esme was a delight and very welcoming. Location was within walking distance from Old Town. Restaurant and supermarket close by."

"Beautiful place for a quiet retreat holiday. Breakfasts were excellent and the staff was attentive and helpful. The daily spa time was a wonderful bonus as was the ease in accessing delicious dining in nearby towns. A fantastic stay!"

"Convenient walking location. Quiet neighborhood."

"Sanja was very helpful and friendly. The stone cottage was great, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, check was simple and easy. The waterfalls nearby are beautiful. We bought a bottle of delicious schnapps from one of the lovely neighbour too. "

"very pleasent stay, thank you"

"The apartment was clean, tidy and well furnished with all 'mod cons'. There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't provided. The location was about five minutes walk from the beach, centre of town (with all the restaurants etc.) and a local supermarket. very well placed all round."

"Very nice place, hospitality owner, good location near to shopping malls. To Old City 30 min by walk. "
