A cama de casal eram duas de solteiros juntas, isso deixa a dormida desconfortável. A ducha higiênica do banheiro não funcionava, o que torna uma experiência desagradável. O ar condicionado não estava gelando( mas fui transferido para outra hospedagem, e tudo bem).

Infelizmente, minha parceira sofreu um pouco devido à sua alergia a pelos de gato. Ao chegarmos no local, notamos a presença de alguns pelos, especialmente na varanda. Apesar desse inconveniente, a hospedagem foi maravilhosa! O lugar é excelente, e os anfitriões foram extremamente atenciosos. Com certeza, voltarei mais vezes.

O flat é bem completo e estruturado, localização surreal, perto de tudo com isso vale mt a pena, quarto muito bom e cozinha tendo bem o necessário, unica ponto negativo ao meu ver foi o banheiro da parte de baixo, a posiçao do chuveiro pra fora, faz com que o banheiro alague todo ao tomar banho, e um espelho maior faz muita falta tb !

Flat cumpre com o que promete, bastante confortável e aconchegante, arrumado e com bastante itens eletrodomesticos. Tudo funcionando direito, exceto talvez a geladeira por ser mais antiga, mas sem ser isso, tudo funcionando bem como ar condicionado torradeira microondas banheiros etc. O flat nao possui café mas fica bastante proximo da rua principal de itacare, a menos de 3min a pé, ou seja da pra fazer tudo com essa localizacao Como sugestao dou trocar as cortinas para alguma de correr, devido algumas janelas estarem de frente pra rua ou para porta de quarto de outros hoteis e assim as de "pano" as vezes deixam algumas frestas, mas nada que atrapalhasse No mais pessoal bastante simpatico e flat muito bom, voltaria mais vezes

Falta de respeito com a lei do barulho!

O local é bastante agradável, ótima localização, porém, com pouca privacidade em relação ao barulho. Como fiquei no térreo, é possível ouvir todo e qualquer barulho do andar de cima e dos aptos ao lado. Deveria haver uma fiscalização em relação ao barulho depois das 22h. Hóspedes chegam no local, colocam música alta, fazem bastante barulho conversando e assim, fica difícil p quem quer descansar. No mais, é um ambiente limpo e agradável.

Fiquei três dias no duplex. Super indico! muito bom para quem deseja fazer suas refeições no flat. Algumas tomadas não estavam funcionando, na suíte superior apenas uma estava funcionando. Após, ficamos mais 6 dias no térreo, e o apartamento ñ estava muito bom. Havia infiltração próximo ao ar condicionado, e este tmb ñ estava refrigerando muito bem e além de o controle tmb ñ funcionar. Tive que usar o meu aparelho celular para ligar e controlar a temperatura do ar condicionado. A porta do banheiro ñ fechava direito. No mais, podemos aproveitar bem a estadia, uma vez que a localização do flat é bem próxima a rua principal e as praia locais.

Relação custo benefício razoavel.

Pontos positivos: 1- Localizado bem próximo a passarela, principal atração noturna da cidade com bares, restaurantes, lojas, supermercados, etc... 2- Espaço interno acomoda confortavelmente 4 pessoas. 3- Camas confortáveis. 4- TV a cabo funcionando normalmente. Oportunidades de melhoria: 1- Relação custo benefício não é tão boa, existem pousadas com preços mais atraentes com café da manhã incluso. 2 - Alguns itens da moradia já necessitando de manutenção. (portas dos quartos e banheiros, geladeira).
