"Perfect location in Poblado walking distance to Provenza and the night life but conveniently located in a quiet area. Room is spacious and clean with a balcony with a wonderful view although the lighting is not the best you can manage. Unfortunately I got food poisoning one day (food was NOT from the hotel) and the hotel breakfast staff were very helpful and gave me some home remedies to help me feel better. I do have to mention the hotel rooftop has a restaurant that is not part of the hotel and I don’t recommend it, service is bad and slow. "

"Very good Hotel, and the part I liked the most was that the Hotel elevator takes you directly to a shopping mall, where you can find lots of stores and food. Personal in the hotel were very nice and open to any needs. Would recomend this hotel 100%. Make sure to get a room with city view! "

"This hotel is beautiful and clean. I loved that the breakfast was included, and they had a lot of options. The only thing I didn’t like is that weird smell like sewer in the bathroom. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay in. "

"One night we had a problem with outside noise. We stayed on the 15th floor so this was strange. The manager came up to the room and immediately offered to change our room. We didn't want to move but I was happy to know that I had that option. "
