A estadia foi tranquila e sem nenhum problema, o atendimento foi e sempre é ótimo, o hotel tem a facilidade de um microondas que pode ser utilizado pelos hóspedes e o café da manhã também é ótimo. A acomodação é simples, o quarto é limpo, porém os móveis são antigos, o banheiro um pouco pequeno, diminuindo um pouco o conforto.

Funcionários prestativos, ótimo acesso a internet, boa limpeza nos quartos, uma ótima localização e o único problema é o barulho do quarto. Tirando esse problema, gostei de me hospedar no hotel Oriente e com certeza voltarei na próxima.

Gostei muito, precisava de um lugar pra descansar uma noite e foi ótimo. Quarto organizado, banheiro limpo, chuveiro c uma ducha gostosa. Lençóis limpos, cheirosos. Custo benefício bom. Um ótima café da manhã. Os funcionários educados e simpáticos e atenciosos.

Já é a terceira vez q fiquei nesse hotel, infelizmente dessa vez me colocaram num quarto muito fechado sem nenhuma ventilação natural. O banheiro era pequeno demais!!! O acesso ao quarto era através de um corredor que parecia uma forçação de barra para colocar um quarto.

Precisei estender o numero de hospedes e acrescentei mais uma diaria, foi so ligar para o hotel e prontamente fui atendido e resolvido. Tudo muito rapido e sem burocracia, eles sao comprometidos com os hospedes, do proprietario ao funcionario mais recente, a cozinha nao deixa nada a desejar, muito educados e prestativos. Mais uma vez hospedei minha familia recomendo com empenho.

Bom para viagens de trabalho.

O hotel é de construção antiga, os móveis são simples e antigos. No apartamento em que fiquei as janelas eram muito próximas do outro apartamento e o ruído incomodou. A região é tranquila e os funcionários muito atenciosos, o café é bom. Para viagem de trabalho eu voltaria lá, sim.

Continuo buscando opções em Itajubá

Hotel com boa localização, na região central da cidade, conta com estacionamento sem manobrista. Quarto pequeno, instalações antigas, não me identifiquei muito com a cama, chuveiro ok, tem TV a cabo com bons canais, atendimento no check-in e check-out foi rápido. Café da manhã com itens convencionais mas que proporcionam um bom café. Pelo valor da diária há outros hotéis na cidade que me agradaram mais, porém, não dispenso uma outra estadia rápida no Hotel Oriente.
