Die Straßen und Gassen mit Geschäften und Trubel sind hier weitestgehend zu Ende, die Therme befindet sich unmittelbar nebenan und es beginnt ein weitläufiges Parkgelände mit Zugang zu Aussichtspunkten, Olivenhainen und öffentlichem Strand.
