"The views were lovely and the breakfast buffet and service were excellent. The property is nice but not overly luxurious. The Junior Suite was much smaller and more simple than I had expected. If two people share the room the bathroom area lacks the level of privacy one might prefer. The staff were all very welcoming and went above and beyond to please the guests, which added positively to the experience. "Wonderful hotel. Perfect location and unique in that there is a beautiful area with grass and trees right by the lake. All the hotel staff were superb and make you feel like you're on holiday at all times. The superior double room was great with amazing views of the lake and mountains. Food was excellent and good value. Overall a really enjoyable stay. We will be visiting again. "

The garden areas were immaculate, the mix of palm trees and conifers was just right, giving a picturesque view throughout.
