"On our 2nd and final night we returned at 22h30 to find a faulty door lock so could not enter the apartment. Tried calling agent but no answer just a message saying ti call a certain number. It was the same number so what was the point of that message! So had to find a hotel late at night and had only clothes we were stood up in. "This is a great home to stay with excellent location! In the heart of monterrosa and not too far from train station. Lots of great food options- Eby cafe has the most hilarious bartender that makes amazing cocktails. "

"This Hotel was very overpriced for starters. $500 Australian a night we should of received five star and a beautiful hotel. Instead we recieved a dirty very old hotel with a Sofa that was that bad it was replaced upon request. All cooking utensils, wine glass ( that's right glass) and pans were in such a condition that they were also replaced upon request. We also found a jar of Marujana in a tea jar that need to be removed by staff. Only plus was the location. "

"Our stay in La Spezia was perfect to stay and have for a home base to sight see in Cinque Terre by train. The station, La Spezia Centrale, was less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The property was well taken care of and suited our needs. There’s a tiny lift for luggage but is great so you’re not lugging your luggage up the stairs. The road to get to the property is super narrow, but we had Maserati Levante and it fit through the tunnel. Would definitely recommend!!!"

I booked this place as it ticked all boxes. 2 minute walk to beach, small but comfortable apartment, easy to clean, fully equipped , spectacular views, walking access to great hikes, train ride to Genova . "As all the other reviews have mentioned, the property is located on a hillside with spectacular views. Our room was for 3 people and the only view from the room was through the wooden blinds over a window. "

"We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment."
