"The staff is fantastic and very helpful, even called my B&B at the Rome airport to inquire about airport shuttle for us there. The room is basic and functional. The bed was comfortable and good shower. Really cool 100 year old cage elevator up to our room. We chose this property because it’s directly across from the train station and we had a 7am departure. Our room was clean, had everything we needed and was in a good location. Elena gave us specific instructions on how to get there from the train station ahead of time. "The property is in front of the pretty and small Harbour . Convenient if you need to get to other areas like Portofino . The boat stops in front of your windows . Sleeping with open windows is difficult because of the different noises coming from the harbor . Better and easier to stay here if you don’t have a car , cause off site parking is at the walking distance of half mile .parking is 18€ a day, quite steep for the off site . Nice hotel but not for everyone . "

"Vincenzo is the manager what can I say, he did so much for us what a superstar. We were at a friends wedding for 4 days and there were all sorts of things we needed help with from cars being towed and lifts etc. He was amazing!! The place itself is fairly basic but clean. Breakfast basic but the local cafes have excellent and cheap paninis etc on offer so no issues. Very Close to the beach and restaurants. We walked into Sestri levante and it took 40 mins.
