Hotel Pacific Roma

"The room, and the whole hotel for that matter, smells like clean, it's very well taken care of. Staff is very helpful, they are ready to help you solve your problem right away and offer alternatives. Breakfast...OMG! It's delicious, with a variety of bread (and pastries) that would satisfy the most demanding customer, fruits (fresh) and in very, very light syrup, seeds, eggs, fresh vegetables, artichokes and olives, fresh and dry cheeses (low sodium), variety of coffee and, if you are just used to the regular hotel breakfast, cereal :) They would get you a taxi if needed, it's very well-located in the historical center, so close to important historic sites, I just loved it and will come back."

"Walking distance to Milan MALPENSA airport without going outside on the road from arrival hall. Need better signage from airport indicating the name of the Hotel. Some of the receptionist English is not up to par otherwise they are helpful. Breakfast is sumptuous and many varieties. Excellent food."

"The price and property are great. There is always a bit of traffic around the property due to the extremely long light at the connecting road (not the properties fault). We found the site got a little loud in our area at night but not disruptive. The rooms are even smaller than they look :)"

"Loved the hotel, was a great location and easy to get to. Rooms were fantastic and staff couldn’t do enough for you. The only hiccup I would say is the air con was switched off meaning the rooms were too hot and stuffy. I complained but I have since learned that Italian hotels switch off their air conditioning in November because of seasonal heating and cooling regulations. They did provide a fan in the end as it was a particularly warm even in November. The other issue was a beautiful roof top bar, nowhere do they notify you that drinks to purchase are pretty much double the cost than the other bar in the hotel. We learned this when we paid the bill. Should have at least let you know as the view was not worth the huge price hike. Other than this it was a really nice stay and I would book again as the staff were great, food was excellent and hotel was new and modern"

"The staff, location, and overall stay were exceptional! The hotel was very clean, with spacious rooms and large bathrooms. They even provided complimentary water and sparkling wine, which was a lovely touch. The surrounding area was beautiful, and all the major tourist attractions were within walking distance. Breakfast was also included and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended! We would definitely love to stay here again. From Canada!"
