"Great location, right off the square to avoid crowds. Gondola is organized by front staff for you and comes right to hotel so you avoid the lines. Breakfast was excellent. Bar was staffed by professional bartender. Would easily stay there again! (Donnylo at the front counter was exceptional)"

"The gym is AMAZING!!! It had so much equipment for a hotel gym. Surprised!!!! booked this hotel bc I wanted a hotel w gym. Very few hotels in Bologna has a gym, I finally settled on this one w very little information (non of the other hotels had much info either). To my surprise, it was massive (for hotel gym). Even had a glute machine! 💯 AMAZING!! for ppl looking for an amazing hotel gym!! It’s a rather old school hotel tho, but I kinda liked it. Old but calming."

"This is a very good hotel in a quiet area, close to the Vatican Museum. It is very clean, with pleasant staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. We used the Cipro metro station to visit sites in other parts of Rome, and this worked well for our purposes. There are more central hotels but it was nice to come back to a quieter neighbourhood at the end of the day. We were able to find good local restaurants within walking distance in the evening."

"Walking distance to Milan MALPENSA airport without going outside on the road from arrival hall. Need better signage from airport indicating the name of the Hotel. Some of the receptionist English is not up to par otherwise they are helpful. Breakfast is sumptuous and many varieties. Excellent food."

"The price and property are great. There is always a bit of traffic around the property due to the extremely long light at the connecting road (not the properties fault). We found the site got a little loud in our area at night but not disruptive. The rooms are even smaller than they look :)"

"Loved the hotel, was a great location and easy to get to. Rooms were fantastic and staff couldn’t do enough for you. The only hiccup I would say is the air con was switched off meaning the rooms were too hot and stuffy. I complained but I have since learned that Italian hotels switch off their air conditioning in November because of seasonal heating and cooling regulations. They did provide a fan in the end as it was a particularly warm even in November. The other issue was a beautiful roof top bar, nowhere do they notify you that drinks to purchase are pretty much double the cost than the other bar in the hotel. We learned this when we paid the bill. Should have at least let you know as the view was not worth the huge price hike. Other than this it was a really nice stay and I would book again as the staff were great, food was excellent and hotel was new and modern"
