"Booked this hotel for husband staying in Brazil who is originally from this area having work done on his property. I am in the US. Booked on Expedia like I have always done for all my trips. Received receipt saying it was paid for in full. My husband arrived to hotel . Hotel staff said room wasn’t paid for which I sent the receipt right away. They gave him the key for the night.
