Amazing indeed!

Amazing indeed, good food, excellent attention, excellent service especially by concierge Mr. Marcos Nanuk. I suggest maintenance on toys beside the house of glass. The lake was awesome, plenty of fish, awesome view, thank you for the perfect holidays with my family.

O quarto estava limpo e organizado, o Hotel estava em obras, com bastante barulho e fluxo de funcionários, mas no geral parecia um bom Hotel. A equipe no geral era atenciosa, porém, uma situação que requeria mais cuidado e respeito conosco anulou toda a possibilidade de uma boa experiência. Me hospedei com uma criança de 1 ano de idade e fui alocado quase no quarto mais distante possível das áreas comuns do Hotel, em cada necessidade de voltar para o quarto por conta do bebê era uma maratona, tinha horas que dava até desânimo. Pra piorar a situação, a localização do quarto não tinha acessibilidade pela parte interna do prédio, apenas levando o carrinho no braço pelas escadas. Para que eu pudesse sair com carrinho de bebê com acessibilidade eu teria que sair por uma porta nos fundos do prédio quase de frente com a porta do quarto, onde tinha um corredor que mais parecia com um banheiro de pássaros, muito sujo, fora que o corredor do quarto não parava limpo, sempre tinha folhas, tapete bagunçado, quando choveu encheu de água e quando escurecia o próprio hospede tinha que acender a luz do corredor. A experiência já seria péssima sem uma criança, com uma criança tão pequena a situação era simplesmente lamentável. A recepção até forneceu uma alternativa no dia seguinte, porém, era para um quarto mais próximo e com menos acessibilidade ainda. Custo muito alto pela falta de empatia e cuidado. Fui para descansar e sai mais estressado. Não recomendo e não retornarei.

No apartamento 247 nao havia ducha higienica e tambem ficava proximo ao ponto de descarga e carga de mercadorias ocasionando barulho e conversas logo cedo

Eine grosse Baustelle

Das Resort wird vergrössert. Direkt nebenan ist eine grosse Baustelle mit Lärm und Staub. Der Pool sollte gründlich gereinigt werden. Macht einen schmtzigen Eindruck. Personal ist freundlich und Kinderbetreuung sehr gut.

Não recomendo esse hotel. As camas e travesseiros são desconfortáveis, comida razoável, as bebidas nas refeições são quentes e mesmo reclamando lá na hora solicitando para que a água fosse gelada, não adiantou nada. Foi preciso solicitar para que o ar-condicionado do restaurante fosse ligado, pois estava super quente e eles não preparam o ambiente para receber bem os hóspedes. E mesmo assim um ar-condicionado não estava funcionando. A impressão é que tudo no hotel é velho.

Hotel mt legal!! Recreação e lazer ótimas!! Tivemos problema apenas com água para o banho (ficamos 2 dias sem água quente, e após reclamarmos ficava alternando entre água congelante e água escaldante, ficando difícil tomar banho decente. Principalmente pq estávamos com crianças.

Cheguei na hospedagem e, apesar do tempo estar na maioria das vezes frio, as piscinas aquecidas permitiram que a diversão não fosse perdida. No entanto, acredito que a parte da recreação deixa a desejar, principalmente para os adultos. Toda a comunicação é feita pelo aplicativo e, muitas vezes, procuramos os tios da recreação para saber onde direcionar nossos filhos, mas na maioria das vezes eles nos mandam olhar no app. Seria interessante investir emr shows musicais ou teatros para crianças senti muita falta disso nos dias frios. Houve um show privado no bar uma vez, mas fiquei constrangido de ir. A comida é ótima e a infraestrutura também é excelente! A festa junina foi incrível! No entanto, gostaria de destacar mais um ponto de atenção: ao visitarmos a fazendinha, com os tios da recreação, certifique-se de que ela não esteja sendo limpa. Meu filho e outras crianças tiveram suas roupas manchadas por água sanitária, o que foi uma experiência desagradável e agora precisaremos jogar fora um conjunto de moletom caro. Além disso, ao chegar, fomos colocados em um quarto com cheiro de cigarro. Ao reclamar na recepção, não puderam trocar nossa acomodação, então tive que ir até a cidade no mercado Estrela para comprar um odorizador de ambiente.

Hotel muito limpo,funcionários muito atenciosos,comida razoável Problema foi na acomodação, na reserva pelo Hotéis era Suit VIP conforme descrito área de 45 m2 ,porém os quartos oferecidos extremamente pequenos,banheiro minúsculo com apenas 1pia A pessoa da recepção muito solicita porém além que aquele quarto era VIP que a diferença era ter três camas Muito insatisfeito com o tipo de acomodação comprada e mostrada no site com a oferecida No fim me deram um voucher de 2estadias

Excelente final de semana com a família

Final de semana muito agradável com a família. Funcionários atenciosos, senhor MArcos nos recepcionou com atenção ímpar, sempre muito prestativo. Comida excelente e quartos confortáveis. Chuveiro quente. Recreação com atividade para todas as idades. Futebol p molecada de 6-10 anos foi incrível. Academia com aparelhos velhos.

Atendimento espetacular

O hotel é lindo . Mas o melhor de td é atendimento, tds funcionários super atenciosos. O recreador Sabia animou bastante e suoer simpático, o gerente marcos externamente atencioso em td. A recepcao e os garçons tb com ótimo atendimento. As piscinas sao legais, inclusive a coberta. Com varias atracoes no hotel
