"A propriedade está datada e carece de manutenção adequada; apenas o básico funciona. Se o preço fosse a metade, seria compreensível, mas pelo valor cobrado, eu esperava muito mais. Por exemplo, esperava: melhores instruções na recepção (ex, informar o fato de o quarto não tinha garrafas de água e que era pra termos que comprá-las para levar ao quarto); lençóis e toalhas mais novos (se usassem branco em vez de colorido, talvez eu nem tivesse notado); eletrodomésticos mais limpos (o ar-condicionado estava sujo externamente) e uma decoração melhor no geral (o quarto era muito básico, apenas camas sem cabeceira, um armário pequeno e uma mesa pequena, nada aconchegante). A propriedade pode ter um preço aceitável se você tiver filhos e quiser deixá-los usar as instalações ou com os instrutores/animadores. O local é enorme, com uma piscina grande, várias quadras de tênis, muita área verde e uma localização agradável, porém, não está bem mantido para o preço que cobram. É uma pena, pois tem muito potencial e só um pouco mais de cuidado com pouco investimento (ex. Limpeza externa do ar condicionado ou colocar um ou dois quadros no quarto pra deixar mais aconchegante) já faria diferença grande."
