Péssimo atendimento com muita arrogancia..... chegamos as 19:30 e o atendente não tinha nossa reserva e me questionou que eu deveria ter o voucher impresso, pois não tinha acesso ao email para confirmar e o " patrão" estava viajando...... mostrei a reserva no meu celular e mesmo assim foi dificil resolver..., depois foi a insatisfação com o pedido para o jantar onde tinha apenas 2 opções e minha esposa solicitou para alterar um prato pois tinha algum alimento que ela não gostava.... Não podia alterar o prato... fomos comer fora em um restaurante simples na estrada uma delicia com preços justos..... quarto horrivel tudo velho cama dura horrivel, amanhacemos com dores nas costas, toalhas que pareciam lixas, muito pernilongo, não tinha estacionamento ficando nosso carro torto na passagem de outros carros... café da manhã bem simples... e por azar eu derramei suco na mesa ao me servir fui avisar o atendende que fez uma cara e nem respondeu ao meu pedido de desculpas... resumindo saimos em pleno domingo as 09:00 procurando outro hotel.... realmente este hotel não condiz com o anunciado.

A chegada na pousada foi tranquila, tudo que eu precisava, paz e calmaria em um lugar agradável. A internet wi-fi só funciona na recepção, mas para quem não quer ser incomodado e aproveitar a tranquilidade do local, vale muito a pena.

Pousada muito aconchegante, com funcionários e os proprietários muito gentis e atenciosos. O quarto é acolhedor e a lareira faz a diferença nos dias de frio. Um ponto a melhorar seria o chuveiro que poderia ser melhor pois sai muito pouca água e não esquenta muito em dias de frio como passei.

Serviço impecável. A pousada é muito bem cuidada pelo proprietário. Parabéns pela localização e limpeza do local. Exite uma cachoeira muito fotogenica do outro lado da rua. Recomendo. Usamos a pousada para uma caminhada até as Prateleiras no Parque Nacional de Itatiaia.

Excelente opção para se hospedar nesta região. Fica apenas 5 km do Parque Nacional de Itatiaia e dez minutos de Penedo. A Pousada é muito tranquila, silenciosa e possui um atendimento maravilhoso. Cachoeira própria e trilhas dentro da propriedade. O chalé está todo equipado e muito limpo. Café da manhã excelente e jantar fantástico. Fuja do tumulto de Penedo e hospede-se na Pousada Esmeralda. Você estará fazendo a melhor escolha. Recomendo.

O local é incrível, com um potencial pouco explorado Serviço gentil, ótimo restaurante. O conforto é insuficiente, falta mobiliário na sala, o chuveiro é abaixo da crítica. Sugiro contratar um(a) designer de interiores para um "tapa" no visual e no conforto. Hoje, a relação custo-benefício está muito desequilibrada. Esperávamos muito mais pelo investimento ($) feito.
