Pior experiência que tive com um hotel

A estadia foi terrível do inicio ao fim. As instalações do hotel são velhas, mal cuidadas, não condizem com as fotos, os funcionários sem preparo, não dão a menos assistência ao cliente, a pousada é pet friendly e eu adoro cachorros mas deixaram que transitassem nas areas de alimentação, piscina, latir por mt tempo sem parar sem que os funcionários interviessm e pior tivemos objetos(brinquedos do meu filho) subtraídos do meu quarto enquanto estávamos fora, informamos ao hotel e nenhuma providencia, lamento, pedido de desculpas ou reparo foi nos oferecido.

Tem muito a melhorar!

O país sofre com a falta de mão de obra, e Penedo, um distrito pequeno, sente isso ainda mais. Apesar do número insuficiente de funcionários e limitações claras, os recepcionistas se esforçaram, na maioria das vezes, para atender bem e com simpatia. O hotel aceita pets, mas a falta de regras claras torna a experiência desconfortável. Hóspedes sem noção levam seus bichos e ignoram o transtorno que causam. Um cão que parecia uma hiena circulava pelo salão onde era servido o café da tarde, enquanto o chalé desse hóspede exalava um odor insuportável. Coitadas das camareiras! Na piscina, a disputa pelas poucas espreguiçadeiras e barracas era velada, mas estratégica. Hóspedes corriam para ocupá-las rapidamente, transformando a experiência em um jogo de paciência e antecipação. Felizmente, não vi cachorros mergulhando. O ápice foi no café da manhã do último dia. Sem organização, hóspedes disputavam mesas, enquanto outros praticamente acampavam nelas, comendo como se não houvesse amanhã. Essa vergonha, no entanto, é padrão nacional – aqui, o hotel é vítima. Em resumo, o lugar tem potencial, mas está mais perdido do que cachorro em dia de mudança. Regras para pets, melhorias na infraestrutura e um mínimo de organização fariam milagres pela experiência.

Estadia

Fomos muito bem atendidos. Porém, temos algumas ressalvas sobre a acomodação. Ficamos na suíte com hidromassagem, só consegui usar um dia, pois, nos outros a água estava escura e barrenta. A televisão só funcionava um único canal. O Wi-Fi não funcionava bem na suíte, somente nas áreas externas, e mesmo assim oscilava. O café da manhã, achamos com poucas opções, entretanto, tudo que consumimos estava bem feito. No todo, o hotel é bem bonito e um ótimo atendimento, só deixando a desejar em alguns pontos.
