Nicolas at the reception was very helpful and accommodating, Leonardo at the restaurant remembered what we wanted to drink and was so kind and attentive during our stay, Matheus, the bell boy, was very helpful and Pedro, at the pool bar, was friendly and provided us an excellent service late night. Breakfast was delicious, and offered many healthy options and lot of variety. Location couldn't be any better. We enjoyed our stay! "

The service was excellent—staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool. The views were beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the food served at the pool was absolutely delicious. Considering the location and the overall quality of the stay, the hotel offered excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rio."
