El personal es muy amable, especialmente Ali, que se ha preocupado en todo momento de que estuviésemos bien y nos ha atendido con mucho cariño. "This was the nicest hotel i stayed in on my whole Uzbekistan trip. The rooms are set around a courtyard and the staff were lovely. There was a bit of a mess up with a double booking, but they dealt with it really well. "
