Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, high pressure shower, pool and nice continental breakfast. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and groceries. Fitness equipment could use a little maintenance, but good value hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

I had previously stayed there and had a good experience. This time not so much. Toilet seat was broken and rooom just would not heat up. We FROZE!. Last time the breakfast buffet was a delight. Today the food was all cold. Desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Pleasant, clean, and the amenities were a nice surprise, particularly the indoor and outdoor pools. Breakfast was better than what you find at some of the chain hotels as they actually have items like freshly cooked eggs, home fries, sausage and french toast. The place is a bit outdated but if you’re willing to look past that, it’s a nice option for a stay in Ithaca.
