Hotel was getting ready for a merger into the Mariott system, so it was a bit under managed . Staff was excellent and vicinity to the highway and shopping center is a good thing . All the best for the management in their upgrade and hope to stay there when everything has been Mariotized

Very Dirty Room + Fridge was leaking water all over the floor. Staff were the best part, helpful and kind. Some shady characters roaming about the outside of hotel as well. Would not recommend you stay here

Staff was great and very friendly! Our room was semi-clean but our bathroom door had multiple holes punched into it and our front door had some sort of damage, causing the door to be ajar at the bottom while closed.

This hotel has bad ratings. But the room was actually quite nice. Just outdated. It was clean and smelled good. I've stayed in a lot of cheap hotels and beggars can't be choosers. For as cheap as it was to stay here. It's a great place. That's why I'm trying to give it five stars. Well worth the money.

My stay here was for an overnight for a family get together celebration. The room was clean comfortable for the night, the only thing wrong was the warm inside of the mini fridge, otherwise the stay was great

OK for the price

I appreciated the very low cost. The place is run down. Bathroom door had a large "crater", as if someone hit it. Sink and tub are all scratched up. Nevertheless, things were clean. Ground floor room is a little noisy due to traffic in the parking lot.

Appeared Abandoned

The pictures on hotels.com are not close to recent. Place looked abandoned. Weeds everywhere, carpets filthy, paint off the walls, reeked of smoke and marijuana. Appeared to be a lot of permanent residents at the facility. Only positive was the ac worked great, the staff and residents were friendly Hotels.com should be ashamed to have this hotel on their site.

The Expedia pictures are totally deceptive. This place is a dump. Filthy. Broken. Soiled. No breakfast. Creepy. We came in late and I would have slept in my car if the parking lot was not so creepy and poorly lit. The staff was polite though.

This is quite possibly the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were taking my son to college so I didn’t want to be far. Next time, we won’t spend $250 a night to stay in a hotel with cigarette burns on the sink and questionable stains on every inch of carpet.

I got what I payed for. Very inexpensive. There was a gap around the door the window doesn’t lock. The bathroom door had two chunks out of it. The shower doesn’t stay up, and the sink was very hard to turn on. They need a carpenter, and plumber.

There was no complimentary breakfast. And there was a television but no channels that you could watch without paying for any of it. The place was fairly clean. But I would never stay there again and I would not recommend it.

There is no elevator at the property. Stairwells are filthy. Room is very basic which was expected. Bathrooms need major maintenance. Was the only option left for reunion weekend. Staff was nice but they don’t have much to work with I think.
