The room wasn’t very clean, dust on top of the Hair dryer and I found a used hand towel hanging on the shower curtain. It made me think that the cleaning was very basic. The cable TV also didn’t work. Location is convenient.
The Hotel and property was completely run down and in bad need of repair. Hallways and rooms were full of mold. There was only one person/staff on the property.
As for the so called breakfast hot buffet it didn’t exist. A couple yogurts and stale pastries. There are only three other guests on the whole property. I would highly suggest staying away from here.
The entire property was horrible. No security, all exterior doors are unlocked. The parking lot is filled with potholes and broken black top. The place smells of old mildew. The front desk is inexperienced, took 1/2hoir to check in. Brought my concerns to front desk and she laughed and said that was the way it is here. Never again would I stay here or recommend to even my worst enemy. Needs to be torn down immediately.

Understaffed.
The hotel is undergoing renovations. They were understaffed during our stay and we waited a half-hour at the front desk for the clerk to come back from doing whatever other responsibilities she had in addition to checking-in guests. It was not her fault, but after a 5 hour drive, the last thing I want to do is stand in the lobby.

You billed me for 2 rooms when I only had one. It took over a week to get corrected into my account. Your dining room area was dirty .no juice on Sunday
I like that place. The rooms are nice. Service is great. The huge hallways are interesting. Breakfast is great.

I’m easy to please
Great hotel if you are just looking for a place to rest your head for a cheap price. Very quiet. The breakfast they provided actually wasn’t half bad. Typical, but a decent enough variety. I think the place had its own little charm to it.

This place is totally run down, but the rooms are decent.
The Property smelled like an old musty attic. There was hair on bathroom floor and it looked like it was not cleaned just wipe with a damp cloth. The first thing I noticed was the lobby, which had water stained drop down ceiling like I was in some old house basement. Then there was the smell and the unkempt appearance of the staff. I was truely mortified. I ended spending most of my weekend in my daughter's apartment. Yes. It's probly the cheapest you'll find in the area, but for $30 or $60 more please stay elsewhere.

The room was ok, but the lobby had little to be desired, the road on the property had so many pot holes and when we got in the elevator it smelled like marijuana.

The hotel was just like the previous reviews stated. The worse part was the cratered parking lot.
Was very dirty. Room smelled. Room was near elevator, CONSTANTLY heard elevator doors opening and closing. CONSTANTLY heard what sounded like ice machine dumping ice. Exterior door (to hallway) seemed very thin...heard everything everyone outside was saying. Only saving benefit for the hotel...breakfast was decent and coffee was good. And driveway/parking lot needs to be repaved
The place is on its last leg. The parking lot is dark and in terrible shape. The building is old and worn out. The beds are old and small. We had no hot water and the tube wouldn’t drain. The building has no security, doors to the parking lot don’t lock. I guess you get what you pay for, tried to save a couple bucks. Live and learned not do do that again.
The hotel was very run down. The parking lot was full of potholes, the carpet was dirty and buckling and the elevator was from the 1950’s. Would never stay there again.
The location was very close to Cornell campus. Nearly everything else about this hotel was horrible. They didn't have enough towels for everyone. The floors were dirty. The walls thin. The parking lot had more potholes than actual pavement. There was no hot water for showers in the morning. This was generally (sadly) one of the worst kept hotels. The bed was actually not horribly uncomfortable and was decent.
