"I wish there is an electric fan other than the air cool mist one. But you can request to put ice in the air cooler. It's not that hot but not cold as well without the ice. But overall i liked my stay and the interior is very nice and fancy."

"The host was really welcoming when we came in, and the hotel felt really comfortable. It kind of reminded me of a nice home-like apartment, and it was really well kept. The only thing that kind of put our family off was the bathroom, It was clean, but the water in the shower had an issue of flooding out into the bathroom (the main bathroom). Otherwise, our stay was really nice. Also, for my family (we had a large group with us) the room was really nice because there were a lot of places to sleep (couch, bunk beds, master bedroom). If we come back to Baguio again, I will most likely return to this hotel! Also I highly recommend this hotel for anybody, especially families or larger groups. "

"We stay here frequently... this is a great location close to Burnham Park and the Orchidarium. The Premier double room has a wonderful city view. I accidentally booked our room for the wrong date, but the front desk kindly fixed the error. My only real complaint is that you cannot use a debit or credit card at the front desk; those transactions must be paid online."
