綺麗にリノベーションされている建物で1階にお洒落なカフェがあり朝食はそこでいただく形です。 洗濯機乾燥機があるので中長期滞在には良さそうですね。 細い事を言わせてもらうならば、所々清掃が行き届いていない箇所がありましたが深刻な状況ではなかったです。

掃除ができているようで、全くできていません。入居当初からホコリ臭さとエアコンの効きの悪さに疑問を持っていました。フィルターを見たところホコリが一層になってこびりついていました。幸い掃除機を持っていましたので、掃除したところウソのように機能し始めました。おそらく一年以上はフィルターの掃除はしていなかった模様です。建物自体が新しいですが、きっちり掃除をしていないために価値を下げています。長期滞在の方は掃除機必須です。 後は一日の駐車料金が高いと思います。那覇市内と一緒というのは納得出来ません。

ベッドが柔らか過ぎて腰の部分が大分凹んだため (好みによると思いますが)とても寝苦しかった。 それ以外は居心地良かったです。

マンスリー/ウィークリーでのサービスもされているようなので、通常のビジネスホテルのような施設ではなく、冷蔵庫や簡易なキッチンまであり、部屋やベランダも広く、のんびりできました。立地が繁華街ではなく、周辺もホテルが少ないのでまた機会があれば利用させていただきたいと思います。

不満なく宿泊させて頂きました。室内に洗濯機と乾燥機が設置してあり長期出張者にはありがたいと設備でした。一つ言えば、シーツ交換は毎日ではなくても無料で行なって貰えれば嬉しいサービスだと思います。
