  • Villa Saha is a beautiful house in an oasis of tranquility and well-being in the hills of Sperlonga , in the heart of Lazio . Immersed in the green of Mediterranean vegetation complete with olive groves, this house is located a short distance from the towns of Itri and Sperlonga, 8 km from the white sandy beach and the characteristic historic centre, but also within reach of other notable and artistic cities such as Rome, Naples, Pompeii, Montecassino and Caserta. From the property and in particular from the swimming pool , you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the islands of Ponza , Ventotene and Ischia . The whole villa consists of 2 flats, each of which enjoys its own total privacy with its own entrance, garden and private outdoor spaces. The flat Saha bassa has an independent entrance and has two air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which in a bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee machine, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and fireplace. Outside there is a large covered patio equipped with table and chairs, barbecue area, relaxation area with sofas, to enjoy the cool summer evenings. There is a beautiful swimming pool to share with other guests. Parking within the property, Swimming pool ( 10 mt x 5,5 mt x h. 1.50 ) available from 01/05 to 30/10 - Barbecue

Itri

Superschöner Fleck Erde. Zum erholen gut geeignet. Liegt in der Berglandschaft, sehr ruhig gelegen. Itri hat eine sehr schöne Altstadt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett , hilfsbereit und zuverlässig.

Kleine Oase mit Meerblick

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Letizia ist eine freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft und das komplette Anwesen sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung war perfekt für unsere vierköpfige Familie und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool mit tollem Blick über die Berge auf das Meer war das Highlight! Was man jedoch beachten sollte, das Haus ist hellhörig. Wer empfindlich ist, hat besser Oropax zum Schlafen dabei. Auch leben einige Tiere auf dem Anwesen - freundliche Hunde, eine Katze und Schildkröten. Das hat uns sehr gefreut! Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen - Sperlonga, Gaeta und viele tolle Strände sind nicht weit. Wir können auch Tagesausflüge nach Neapel, Pompeji und den zum Vesuv empfehlen.

Perfect location with a wonderful view from the pool

Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable. Perfect location close enough to the seaside but in the countryside (quite and fresher). Altogether a very enjoyable holiday.

Wunderschöne Lage

wunderschöne, absolut ruhige Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick. Wir haben uns abends einfach an den Pool gesetzt und den Sonnenuntergang betrachtet, einzigartig! Unbedingt auch mal Abends durch die Gassen von Sperlonga schlendern. Eine bessere Anfahrtsbeschreibung wäre wünschenswert, wir mussten ziemlich suchen, Navigation mit Google schwierig, da kein Netz.

Perfect getaway

We had a wonderful holiday. The house is beautifully furnished, well equipt and very comfortable. The outdoor space is perfect for warm evenings. We enjoyed both the pool and the garden. Leitizia was a thoughtful and delightful host letting us eat her home grown produce and providing an inflatable for the boys to play with in the pool. We are already plannning our return. The reduction of a star for the check in process was because of no mobile signal at the property. Call ahead at the bottom of the mountain!

Breathtakingly beautiful location and ever-so-helpful host!

Our week in Sperlonga was stunning. The property, and pool area in particular, have unbelievable views. Letizia lives right next door and is incredibly helpful and attentive, recommending and even organising some trips out for us.

Ruheoase

Es war ein äußerst erholsamer Urlaub- Haus liegt weit weg vom Trubel und man hat wirklich seine Ruhe, obwohl das ganze Anwesen aus zwei Mietobjekten besteht. Oberhalb ist eine Wohnung, unterhalb ist eine weitere. Das war uns nicht 100% klar. Wie auch immer- die Anlage ist typisch mediterran gestaltet und auch der Pool war toll. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Stupenda villa con vista mozzafiato

Siamo Arrivati e siamo Rimasti subito a bocca aperta per la bellezza della villa e del Mega giardino che lo circonda Noi eravamo nove con due bimbi piccoli e un piccolo cane ci siamo trovati benissimo usufruendo dei due appartamenti , bellissimi , che formano la villa La piscina panoramica è stupenda e c'è una tranquillità impagabile , Letizia la padrona della villa è stata gentilissima e super disponibile .

Beautiful relaxing location in the Italian hills

Really nice property with excellent pool and beautiful views - very clean - quiet and relaxing. Two local dogs and cat get on really well together and were regular visitors (luckily we like that). Great base to visit local towns and even as far as Rome to the North and Pompeii to the south (we overnighted in Rome and Naples - suggest skipping Naples). Villa excellent - loads of room for five of us including 3 grown kids. Very well appointed - all requirements catered for (though wifi a bit slow which appears to be the norm - think we are spoilt with superfast broadband in Ireland). Terrific views. Long winding roads to the villa and pot-holed steep dirt track for the final leg (good car essential) are definitely worth it. Suggestions for website: 1. Change the title - Free climbing at sea is a little silly, and the sea is 10 minutes drive away - bit meaningless. 2. Add some photos of the actual property - we had the upstairs villa which is fab but hardly represented in the photos and the interior not at all. 3. Add photos of the bedrooms and delete the photos that don't tell something about the property - a lot of the photos aren't really helpful at all which makes booking a bit of a leap of faith. All in all a great holiday - highly recommended. Many thanks to Letizia who is a super host - very pleasant - very responsive to questions. Very much appreciated.

Magnifique, de l'espace et confortable

Encore mieux que sur les photos, la maison est spacieuse placée au milieu des oliviers, avec un espace engazonné à disposition, la piscine à proximité avec vue panoramique et un espace ping-pong et basket en finition. Un logement pour 3 en dessous pouvant être loué et donc partage de la piscine, mais pas de problème d'intimité, les espaces sont totalement séparés. Accueil charmant de Letizia qui parle parfaitement Français et reste à disposition si besoin. Lieu idéal pour se reposer et profiter de la piscine. Pour les visites touristiques, la gare est à 15min mettant Rome à 1h10 et Naples à 1h20, vraiment pratique. Pour les sorties il faut se rendre sur Gaeta et Formia 20min, villes très animées et agréables car sur Sperlonga il n'y a rien a faire ou voir sauf les lido de plus il est impossible de se garer ou de circuler (ville avec un seul sens de circulation). Les plages sont superbes mais monopolisées par les lido. Famille de 3 enfants, nous avons passé 3 semaines très agréables.

Heerlijk vakantieadres

In september 2014 hebben we in dit vakantiehuis verbleven. De beschrijving en de foto's kwamen overeen met de werkelijkheid. Het uitzicht was zelfs nog mooier dan op de foto's. We kozen voor de rust en dat is prima uitgekomen. Het zwembad erbij is perfect. We dronken vaak koffie bij het zwembad met een heerlijk uitzicht op de bergen en de Middellandse zee. De eigenaresse, Letizia, wilde je overal mee helpen en geeft goed advies. Prima keuken voorzien van meer dan voldoende pannen, bestek en servies. Je hebt wel een auto nodig. Een uitstapje gemaakt naar Rome met de trein. Gereisd vanaf Fondi, een reis van dik 100 kilometer. Duurt ongeveer een uur. Met de treinkaart (retour) die maar €14,00 kost kun je tevens in Rome reizen met de bus, tram en metro. Boven de vakantiewoning bevindt zich de woning van de eigenaren. Ze verhuren deze woning als 2e vakantiewoning in de zomermaanden. Je kunt dus buren treffen die ook op vakantie zijn. Samengevat: een prima vakantiewoning in een mooie omgeving waarin je uitstapjes kunt maken naar Rome, Napels, Capri of Ponza of Pompei. Wat ons betreft een aanrader.

In paradiso vivono Roma

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo villino sulle colline tra Sperlonga ed Itri, a 10 min dalle spiagge di Sperlonga. La casa è' molto ben attrezzata e la piscina con vista sul mare di Sperlonga e' eccellente. Ottima l'ospitalità e la gentilezza dei proprietari. Torneremo sicuramente.

Fantastic view, peaceful location near Sperlonga

This is a great house in the hills above Sperlonga. Tastefully decorated interior with all appliances, and a very nice private garden area. Nice pool area with breath-taking views over the sea and islands. Very peaceful location. House is split in two independent sections with their own private areas, so only sharing the pool area with another family/guest. Very near (by car) to Sperlonga and Gaeta, so shopping/going out is easy. Owner was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

"Location luxieuse et très confortable dans un cadre superbe combinant proximité mer et montagne au grand calme. La piscine toujours parfaitement entretenue est très agréables dans ce cadre. Deux villes typiques à 7 km pour les approvisionnements. Facilité pour se rendre à Rome et à Naples par le train en 1 heure. "La mai famiglia ed io abbiamo passato la settima prima di Pasqua in questa splendida villa posta a circa 5 km da Sperlonga lungo la strada che la congiunge ad Itri Il posto è eccellente,l''abitazione è perfetta (non manca proprio nulla!),i proprietari sono premurosi e discreti. "Charmante propriétée au calme dans les hauteurs. Il y a aussi un logement sous la maison qui peut-être loué, donc la piscine est à partager. Propriétaires adorables et discrets."

"la villa è molto bella, i locali spaziosi e luminosi, cucina attrezzata con tutto in sovrabbondanza, frigorifero enorme,l''arredamento curato (non manca la TV 42 pollici satellitare con pacchetto completo Sky HD!!), un delizioso portico con arredamento per esterni,la piscina con vista mare e monti immersa in un giardino con frutteto e ulivi e gli unici rumori uditi sono le cicale e il vento tra i pini del parco. Anche se le unità abitative sono due, gli unici spazi da condividere sono quelli della piscina e non vi sarà alcun problema visto anche i numerosi lettini e ombrelloni a disposizione. I I proprietari sono disponibili e gentilissimi ma assolutamente discreti. Che desiderare di piu'' per una vacanza di assoluto relax a 10 minuti dalle spiagge più belle del Lazio?"
