A estadia em geral foi boa, ficamos apenas uma noite. A cama é confortável, bem higienizado, tudo bem limpo e arrumado. O atendimento também foi agradável. A única reclamação seria do chuveiro, que tem baixa pressão e a água não esquenta muito.

Ambiente bom para passar a noite e curtir a cidade, o quarto é simples mas extremamente limpo, achei que faltou um frigobar, eles disponibilizam uma caixa térmica para substituir mas não serviu muito, porém no mais, recepcionistas muito gentis, café da manhã muito bem servido, com uma variedade boa, recomendo muito para quem quer desfrutar de Itu e ter um ambiente legal de descanso! Hotel fica exatamente na frente do parque dos exageros, que também vale a pena conhecer.
