Despite possessing the required conveniences, the room is not notably different from the other low-cost rooms in the complex. The room's lack of cleanliness is a significant concern. Apart from one receptionist who was able to communicate effectively in Spanish instead of French, which I greatly appreciate, the rest of the communication was quite inadequate. We didn't cook, so I don't know how well the stove or microwave worked. There is an AC/heater unit in the bedroom that worked well. They were very quick to respond to any questions through Whatsapp. We didn't find street parking, but there is a free public parking lot at 11 Rue de la Madeleine. The location is convenient for walking to the cathedral area by the pont vieux. Overall, the apartment is a nice stay if you're looking for more space and a kitchen. "
