"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. "In der Küche zu dunkel. Beim Spülbecken keine Beleuchtung vorhanden. Heizung morgens im Winter um 18 Grad , sehr ungemütlich. Die Heizung braucht Stunden um auf im Bad 20 Grad zu kommen. Zu kalt morgens. Das Haus ist allgemein unbewohnt. Die Einfahrt zum Carport schmal. Steile Stiege zur FeWo und das 2. SZ ist 1. Stock höher. Der Kamin ist nur elektrische BeleuchKamin ist nur elektronische Beleuchtung. "
