This house was amazing! With all the bedrooms and amenities it was perfect for our family and friends to stay the host were fantastic to work with. Without hesitation they answered my questions and adressed my concerns. House was clean and orderly. We will definitely stay here again. Or at least in another red sands property.

We loved our stay at Paradise Village 117. It was clean and comfortable. Both the waterpark area and the other pools were very close and easy to access. Loved the hot tub and outdoor dining. The kids loved the bunkbeds and all of the rooms were comfortable.

Property is at the end of a culdesac which gave us a bit more parking and less through traffic. Our family had so much fun! Close to the kids pool where we spent hours soaking in the sun. Planning to stay again.

Enjoyed our stay. Property was accurately portrayed, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of pool towels (does not always happen). House was clean and well furnished. Property manager was fantastic. Really on the ball. Provided information well in advance and had great follow through and communication.

We had a great stay with 6 kids and 7 adults. The home was well maintained and had everything we needed. Spa was great and observational deck had beautiful views. Easy and quick checkout. Location to Snow Canyon and Zion was great. A great grocery store was very close and served all our grocery needs. We would book again.

Came down with 8 women for a girls weekend and this home fit everything we needed. Large family room to sit and visit, large dining table to sit and eat, hot tub on site, lots of rooms and beds, huge bathrooms in the rooms and beautiful home. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 16 had a great time! Everyone had their own bathroom in each of the bedroom and the kids absolutely loved being at kids cove. The location was close to the water park and the place was clean (except for the floor which made our feet black on the bottom) and the kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the PlayStations and the bunk room. We would book this unit again.

Beautifully kept and fully stocked house on a culdesac. Every room has an en-suite which makes group trips a breeze! The pool is a rocks throw away and if you're feeling lazy the hot tub it right outside the patio and has a gorgeous view of the mountains. Lots of towels, tons of appliances! We're already planning our next trip back!
