Mountain View Retreat is a beautiful 5 bedroom / 5 bath that can comfortably accommodate 14 guests or up to 16 guests with the assistance of a queen air mattress. The expansive fully equipped kitchen, grill, indoor & outdoor dining, and outdoor lounge areas make hosting family & friends a breeze. Spend your days lounging by Paradise Village's resort style pool, swimming at the waterpark, or challenging each other to ping pong and spike ball tournaments! Take advantage of the many bike paths right out your front door and explore southern Utah on the bikes provided. Host a game night playing one of the many board and card games provided or challenging each other to games on the PS4. Grab your roasting sticks and some marshmallows to head up to the balcony to watch the sun set over the desert mountains while making a delicious smore! At the end of a long day, relax your muscles in your private hot tub under the starry night sky. Take solace in the comfort of your own room, each with a Smart TV, finding some peace and quiet has never been easier! We took all our kids and grandkids for the week after Christmas. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is wonderful! We used the hot tub a lot because it was a bit cold at night. Great location. Big kitchen with all we needed! I would love to stay here again.

Great stay, no complaints, comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We had a group of 12 and appreciated that the house came with a high chair, pack n play and everything we needed to cook dinner for 12 for 4 nights. We look forward to coming again sometime!

We loved our stay, great facility with amazing pool areas for the kids. Super close to Tuacahn and a Harmon’s. Kids had a blast and loved their room together. Kellie was amazing to work with us and take care of everything. Highly recommend staying here. We will likely make it a yearly stay with our family.

This house was so spacious and well appointed ! It is set up so nicely for families or groups. It was a quick walk to the pool and the upstairs deck is really relaxing. Plus the treats they left were Gluten free and amazing ! Our son was so excited that there was something he could actually enjoy for a change ! Wonderful stay !

We had small hiccups with bikes, but otherwise we (16) had a great time. House was plenty big enough for each family to have there own room and bathroom too! Very close to Tuacahn theater, which was part of our vacation plans. I would book here again.

The location of this condo is great! We come for Spring Break every year and this location is just outside of downtown St. George, so you are far away enough from the busy crowds, but close enough for great food and stores. The swimming pool is definitely the best one we experienced. The best part of the condo was that there was a bathroom attached to every bedroom! We felt spoiled in that regard.

Super fun, clean home w/ plenty of room for guests or grandkids. 5 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, large great area, big kitchen, hot tub, back patio and fun sitting area with propane fire pit on the roof. Also within steps of fun "water-park" type swim area. The pool had slides, lazy river, wading areas and plenty of loungers and it is reserved for guests only. Close to Tuachan, Zion national park, shopping, great dining and walking paths & hikes.

We loved having one bathroom for each bedroom! We loved the hot tub and large gathering area. My only tiny complaint is the kids' room just has a shower. It was an easy fix by having a couple of the kids use the tub in another bathroom. We would definitely rent this house again!

This house was great for our family! We really enjoyed the pools, and hot tub. It had plenty of space for our family of 8 adults and one baby. We could have used a few more garbage bags, paper towels, and dishwasher tablets, since we ran out of those before the end of the visit, but other than those items we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed riding the bikes in the garage and appreciated that helmets were supplied with them. We had a great time, and will be back again.
