Fun in the Sun is a modern 5 bedroom / 5 bath that can comfortably accommodate 19 guests. The expansive fully equipped kitchen, grill, indoor & outdoor dining, and outdoor lounge areas make hosting family & friends a breeze. Mornings will quickly become your favorite time of day as you watch the sunrise over Snow Canyon State Park on the balcony, sipping a hot cup of coffee. Spend your days exploring southern Utah along the bike paths right out your front door on the bikes provided or lounge next to Paradise Village's Resort Style pool and swim at the waterpark. Back at the home, challenge each other to games on the Xbox 1 in a friendly tournament! After a long day of hiking through the surrounding desert terrain, rest your tired muscles in your private hot tub under the starry sky or treat yourself to a smore and roast marshmallows on the balcony! Perfect location perfect home! We love this home, it has an extra fully stocked kitchen with all your cooking supply needs. It is located in a cul-de-sac which is so nice. It also has five bikes that have been so much fun to use on the local bike paths.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in your home. It was clean, nice& plentiful linens & towels. Grateful for the high chair. The hot tub was clean and wonderful. The temperature in the home was just right. Enjoyed the pools so much! It would have been nice if the kitchen garbage can would have worked but not critical. The rating is excellent but we made a note to bring kleenex and nicer toilet tissue next time. :) Can't wait to stay there again next September! Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

We loved everything about this property! The proximity to the water features was awesome! We love the en suite bedrooms, and the kitchen was well-stocked for serving large groups of people! It was the hottest week on record in the area, so we didn’t get out to explore much, but the kids all loved the water parks, and we had a great stay! Only complaint was that the bathroom floor mats were not cleaned before we came.

The house was great. Loved that each room had its own bedroom. The GIANT sectional was awesome. The hot tub was a fun thing to have and was nice and clean. Kitchen was stocked nicely and the beds were comfortable. The rugs were really dirty and the floors needed some cleaning but the house itself was great for our big family!

We had a wonderful time!!, the home was great!, clean and plenty of room. It would be nice if you had someone check the outside back yard with a walk around, there were a few used condoms that was a suprise for us. A couple of the bathrooms had showers that drained very slowly and one had a loose toliet. But concerning our stay it was so Awesome!! Thank you for our fun experience!!

I was surprised with how big the home was that there weren't more beach towels. We had to keep washing to reuse and others had to buy some. They should have more than 9 towels.

Awesome pools close by and private hot tub at the house. Easily fit everyone in our party in the house. There could have been more linens provided originally but we reached out to management and they brought more over the next day! Very easy to work with and responded to each question and concern we had. We had some issues with the dishwasher and they sent a repair man out the next day to check it out. We appreciate their promptness and communication.

The home was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the huge sectional, the rooftop deck, the barbecue and the pools! There could have been some more basic supplies on hand. We were only there for 3 nights and we ran out of dish soap, dish towels, garbage bags and paper towels. Also for future vacationers you will need to bring your own tinfoil, glad wrap and storage bags for leftovers. The main beds were very comfortable but the bunk beds were not very sturdy for adults to sleep on and the comforters and pillow shams appeared to not have been cleaned for a long time. The property management company and the community were wonderful. We would love to vacation there again.
