Southern Dream is a tastefully decorated 5 bedroom / 5 bath home that comfortably sleeps 14 guests, or up to 17 guests with the assistance of a queen air mattress and a twin foam mat. Spend your days challenging each other to ping pong tournaments, games of spike ball, cornhole, pickleball, and games on the Xbox 360! Take full advantage of the Paradise Village Resort amenities and lounge poolside or play at the waterpark. You will love cooking in this fully equipped kitchen or barbequing on the back porch under the seating desert sun. For dessert, roast marshmallows around the fire on the balcony to make delicious smore's! End the day with a family game night and play one of the many board games provided or host a movie night with a Smart TV, and sound bar, ; it will be a movie experience like no other! No matter how you spend your vacation, you will make timeless memories while staying at Southern Dream!

Family Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfortable. Our grandchildren had a blast at the pool - especially the slides and the lazy river. The kitchen was thoughtfully organized and stocked with all of the needed utensils. Also very close to biking trails and Snow Canyon. Being close to the Harmons was also a plus.

The place is great! Really nice for a family. No stairs to contend with. The gathering space is wonderfully large. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses. They are very soft and saggy.

Amazing home with everything you need
Great check in property, the pool was just behind the house so it made for quick trips to the water. Home was well stocked with everything you could need. Close to groceries, restaurants and all the fun. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great trip to Zion
Our goal was to hike Zion every day…which we did. It was an hour drive but worth it. We needed a house that easily accommodated 8 people and this was perfect for us. The grocery was 3 minutes up the road. How awesome is that? We enjoyed the hot tub even though it was below freezing outside (we’re from Louisiana so that was cool). It really was everything we hoped for!

The property was wonderful for our extended family gathering. It was clean, the living spaces were spacious with ample space for everyone to be together. The kids had a great time in the garage playing. The closest pools (big play structure with slides and lazy river) were freezing (too cold for mid-November for our group) , but the other pool complex’s upper pool was heated and great for swimming. Overall 5 out of 5 and we would definitely stay again.

Great house!! Huge family room and dining table.
House was awesome! Close to pool, lots of great activities came with property (pickle ball, pool floats, bikes, games) would recommend this place! I wish they would leave more garbage bags bug groups go through a lot of garbage and there were no rags to wipe down counters and our broom was locked in the owners closet. Minor things but we had to go purchase Lysol wipes and garbage bags. Just a suggestion. Thanks

Fabulous family vacation home!
The home was clean and felt more spacious than the pictures indicated. We loved having the private bathrooms with each bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked (including a slow cooker, griddle, and blender), which made meal prep a breeze. And there is as a nice Harmons grocery store minutes away. So many things to do—we stayed a full week and never got bored. Super convenient to Snow Canyon, too, which had beautiful hiking. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!
The layout of the house is perfect for a family .....each bedroom has a bathroom and the living area is perfect! The decor is quietly elegant, although a few more end tables would be a welcome addition. The kitchen is stocked adequately for light cooking. The television is a bit annoying, as every 20 minutes or so you need to “prove” you’re still watching. Other than that, we had an excellent stay!

GREAT PLACE!
The house is spacious and very clean. The location was great for evening bike rides. The rooms were all nicely set up. The kids really enjoyed sharing the room with the 4 bunk beds. They had so much fun giggling and laughing thru the night. Late at night we all gathered upstairs, and enjoyed the firepit, comfortable seating area while we watched the stars. Overall, it was a great vacation- absolutely no complaints. Love it and hope we can go back soon!
