Welcome to the ultimate vacation home! Whether you are planning a family reunion, corporate retreat, sports tournament, church group getaway, or a special event, our Resort within a Resort is the perfect place to keep everyone together and have the time of their lives! There is plenty of space to accommodate lots of kids and create privacy for couples. This home offers amazing amenities including a private 20' x 40' fenced pool*, spa, and a shallow play area for smaller children. By the pool is a fire pit, built-in barbeque, and children’s playground. It also has a private Sports Court® with pickleball, basketball, volleyball, and many other court games. The home includes three types of game consoles, also 2 Xbox Ones, a PlayStation, and a Nintendo Switch connected to an 82” 4K TV. This room opens to the upstairs deck with a ping-pong table, fire pit, seating area, and sweeping views. There is a large theater room with raised seating for recliner lounges and plenty of other seating for movies and video streaming. It also has a 1G internet service to handle multiple people streaming videos on its 11 Smart TVs.

This 9-bedroom, 10-bathroom private home includes a fully stocked kitchen with ample seating. The home can accommodate 50 people, with 6 king suites, one suite with 2 extra long twin beds, 2 bunk rooms with built-in bunk beds, 2 queen futons in the rec room, and 8 sleeping pads for kids. The home has two levels with a large common area on both levels. It also has beautiful mountain views of Snow Canyon State Park. Right next door to Paradise Village at Zion is Gubler Park, an easy-access community park with multiple playgrounds, a splash pad, volleyball, more pickleball courts, bike riding paths, etc. The park also has large pavilions for rent through Santa Clara City.

Paradise Village at Zion, in Santa Clara Utah, is adjacent to St. George and has 2 large resort swimming pools, a 20-person spa, a water park with a lazy river, a clubhouse, and a workout room. The home has quick access to the Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater, Snow Canyon State Park, restaurants, Harmons, gas stations, shopping, hiking, bike trails, ATV trails, rock climbing, and two local reservoirs for fishing and boating, 10 golf courses nearby, and more.

This place was perfect for our Thanksgiving. The only thing I wish I would’ve known was just how much they had in the kitchen. I brought bowls and pans and I didn’t really need to bring much. The kitchen is well stocked!! Big bowls, pans, crockpots, etc. The pool was amazing and the pickleball court was great! We didn’t have to go anywhere to stay busy and have fun! The house was nice and clean and a lovely set up for our big family. I would definitely stay here again

Fantastic Place

Perfect house for a family reunion!

We stayed here for my parents 50th anniversary. It was perfect! Everyone had their own rooms and the house was really clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool area was so nice. The sports court was really fun and had lots of equipment to use. Plenty of parking. The resort pools were also really fun. We would stay here again.

Wedding Weekend

We were able to host our immediate family and best friends for a weekend, wedding celebration! The house has tons of amenities, and with both Snow Canyon and Zion right there, there's plenty to do! We had a blast being able to explore and just lounge around. In the evenings, we hosted a couple dinners; and at one we exchanged personalized vows. It was wonderful being able to have nearly 50 people comfortably in the downstairs living/dining area as we did so! Such a special weekend! The house is just as amazing as it looks, and Stephanie was wonderful to work with. We would book with her again in a heartbeat!

50th wedding anniversary celebration

Thank you for the nice note and the candy. We enjoyed having so much space. The layout was great. We also enjoyed the water park. It was fun to be so close to great biking and shopping. We had a great Pickleball tournament. It was nice to have a play area for the little kids. When we first got there, my husband found quite a few crumbs in the silverware drawer. Other than that it was wonderful and we will probably come back again. Thank you very much.

Everything You Need!

We brought a large group of 8th grade students and their parents here. Given the option to go out and see the sites, or stay at the house, half of them chose to stay. “Why would anybody leave this house?” said one student. “This house IS the vacation!” They kept pool tournaments going until the wee hours of the morning. Kids lived in the pool and on the ball court. Adults congregated and visited in the living room and around fire pits. There is so much space that everybody from the most outgoing to the shyest person could find a spot to meet their needs. This is second time I have stayed in this home and I’d come back again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely Amazing Home

This home was perfect for our family of 18 adults and 11 children for a family retreat. We loved the private pool, the 6 king suites, the theater room, the bunk rooms, the putting green, swings, slide, 10 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and enough seating for all for meals indoors and out. Everything you could want has been provided. We absolutely loved it! We will be bringing our family back for another stay.

So much to do on this property, you won’t really need to leave

Such fun activities for all the family to enjoy on this property. We planned a weekend get away for my molds 70th birthday her. Each room had its own bathroom which made it so nice for everyone and their families. The sport court was awesome! From hockey to volleyball, they had the set up for it. Theatre room was amazing it was perfect for the older kids who enjoyed spending multiple hours in there. Overall, it was an awesome weekend being with family.

Great for Family Reunions

We used this property for a 10-family reunion, and it went well. Every family had their own room, and every room had a private bathroom and shower which was fabulous. The home was very clean and was mostly in good repair We loved having the private pool and hot tub right on the property. We spent almost every evening and morning chilling in the hot tub while the kids played in the pool. As a parent of young children, I was very grateful that the pool was fenced and locked. The kids loved that there was 6 different video games systems to play with on various TVs throughout the upstairs. The home theater was a lot of fun too. Unfortunately, consoles (Xbox, play stations) didn't work with the theater set up but our laptops did so we used those and the apple TV they provided to watch movies and play games in the theater room. The kids had a lot of fun doing a movie night in there. Customer service was excellent. Stephanie answered all of our questions very quickly and when the property was 1 crib short for our group, she had a new pack n play delivered within the hour! There were minor things out of repair like the indoor basketball game had broken legs, several of the theater chairs didn't recline anymore, and several of the showers had low water pressure. Stephanie already had plans to replace the basketball games once we told her. I would highly recommend this property for a multi-family reunion.
