The Space:

The Coach House is a detached bungalow near the Devonshire town of Modbury. The traditional stone building has an open plan living area which is bright and contemporary and three comfortable bedrooms, a double, a twin and a children's bunk room. From the living area, French doors open on to the patio and front lawn, where you can enjoy the late summer evenings - and glimpses of the pool are visible through the archway of the gatehouse. Note: The property will not accept bookings with children below the age of three



The Neighborhood:

The market town of Modbury is in the South Devon AONB, offering shops, pubs and restaurants. Surrounded by fields and near the coast, it's an ideal spot for walkers, cyclists, golfers, sailors and surfers. Explore the South Devon coast with its beaches and coastal path, or visit the nearby estuary towns and villages such as Salcombe, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth. Plymouth and Dartmoor are also both close. A brilliant holiday location at any time of year.
