"Hotel is located right next to Inuyama Station making it easy to get in and out of the city. The property is relatively new. Helpful staffs, good centralized air conditioning, comfortable bed, on-site spa, and great breakfast are very much loved."

"Staff were great, they processed the check-in quickly and without fuss. They were very accommodating and could speak English well enough to help us with our questions. it's a great hotel in a great location. The restaurant only serves breakfast and lunch, but there are many food options around. The bathrooms were modern and clean, there was free tea and coffee. The cons were the beds, a little too hard. There are only 2 elevators and they stop at level 2 no matter what."

"Stayed here for 2 nights with a stop over in Nagoya. It was quiet and cozy, but we could only get a twin room, and the floor is wood so the beds did split apart through the night. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Spot is near the train station too."
