"The room was very small, as was the bathroom. I was surprised that the hotel did not provide water to drink. No bottled water or a station to fill our water bottles. This was a very different experience to the hotel we had in Tokyo. Water is a basic necessity, the hotel should look into their policy on this."

"Great property and well kept grounds. The onsen was fantastic. Welcome drink and breakfast were nice touches. They set up a baby crib and baby bedding and blanket for us, which was perfect. Only draw back is the location is a 10-15 minute walk to train station and restaurant area. They also did not have room for us for dinner in the hotel lobby "

"The room is clean. One of the windows is operable, I can have some fresh air. Close by the train station. The shuttle bus service ends after 8 pm, I would need to take a taxi. "

"The advertisement is not what it is. The location is in a residential area and nowhere near anything. Housekeeping is available upon request for an additional charge, towels are given upon request and trash must be taken out as well. The laundry room was terrible, the dryers are ineffective due to lack of maintenance, the cleaning of the filters. "

"This is one of my favorite hotels in Japan. We usually stay at the club level and the staff at the lounge are extremely helpful. The concierge service are wonderful. They food at the lounge is delicious and nicely presented. We definitely will be back to this hotel. "
