"Great property, location, decor , outdoor pond , great restaurant!"

"Very spacious room. Very clean. Good beds. Awesome bath tub. Functional kitchen. Strange dish soap that smelled like watered down alcohol. Quiet location, however nothing close by. Friendly staff."

"Très bonne situation proche du centre ville. Personnel adorable.

"Room was very clean and comfortable. It is a very simple and basic hotel. It does not include breakfast. Room was comfortable. Beds were comfortable, but the pillows were extremely big and hard. I woke up with a headache the day after and had to go buy myself a pillos. The extra bed was really a futon, not really a real bed. I requested an iron, but it really didn't do much to iron wrinkles off my clothes. Other than that, water pressure in the bathroom was good. Water temperature was good too....

"The staff at the front desk was very helpful. We love being able to cook some eggs and toast for breakfast a few days because we had pots and pans that we could use. The location is close to a station which makes things easy. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the fact that we could easily walk to some neighborhood grocery stores when we needed things. There are also convenience stores and pharmacies nearby. Great little spot."

"Had a great time staying at this property. The staff were very helpful as well as understanding when i spoke to them. The property is near several convenience stores and was walking distance to the train station as well as some major sight seeing locations. Clean and tidy and loved the bathroom in the evening for a relaxing bath. "

"The house is very clean and spacious. The host responded really quick if you have any concerns. Very nice accommodation and highly recommended!"

"Very nice and clean. 10-15 min walk from Kyoto Station. Has a shrine right next door. No elevator though. Overall was a nice stay."

"Really great place to stay. Nice and accommodating staff. I really enjoyed the bathtub set up. Only thing that would have made it even better would be washing machines in the room but they had a laundry room in the basement for free use. Highly recommend!"

"Nohga is a beautiful, clearly western-friendly hotel in an excellent location. The cafe and restaurant were delicious and included some gluten free options for a celiac traveler. Highly recommend."

"Words can’t explain how beautiful this hotel is and in the perfect location! The hotel is absolutely amazing and the views are unmatched. I’ve stayed at many great hotels but nothing compares to this one! Breakfast is fantastic and staff is so incredibly kind! Worth staying here when you come to Kyoto!!! Amazing!!!"
